A shirtless gay hairdresser was videoed teaching a young boy to pole dance at the Pennsylvania Pride Fest and defended it as “an avenue for fitness, creativity, artistry, and expression.”
The hairdresser’s name is Mikee Bentz. He was videoed teaching a young boy in a rainbow tutu to pole dance. The clip was sent out by Libs of TikTok and proceeded to go viral.
The footage was taken at the Pride Festival of Central Pennsylvania which was held on July 30 in Harrisburg.
“My kiddo is a natural!” the unidentified boy’s parent captioned the disturbing clip.

You can also hear a person yell in the video to the kid, “Sexy!”
According to Libs of TikTok, Pennsylvania’s Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf expressed his support for the event as well.
“.@GovernorTomWolf promoted a pride event which featured stripper poles for kids,” Libs of TikTok tweeted including a letter from the governor. “The Governor of Pennsylvania put out a letter in support of this pride event. @GovernorTomWolf do you condone these actions?”

Many who watched the clip called it “inappropriate” and unnatural. It was labeled as “grooming” as well. It has since been deleted.
Bentz declared that wasn’t so and that it was a creative outlet.
“I am proud to offer Harrisburg/Central Pennsylvania an avenue for fitness, creativity, artistry, and expression in businesses that are not only operated at the highest level of ethical behavior, but that also take into account inclusivity and a deep appreciation for protecting the environment,” Bentz told Fox News.
The event featured a main stage, a drag stage, and a kids’ zone.
The organizers of the festival also defended it.
“The Pride Festival of Central Pennsylvania stands behind the actions of Mr. Bentz whose Metro Enterprises provided nothing more than a vehicle of fun and exercise at last weekend’s Pride Festival,’ a spokesperson said in a statement.
Many strenuously disagreed with that assertion.
“This is profoundly inappropriate. Gays who promote this type of grooming are doing such a disservice to gay people,” Tristan Justice, a reporter with The Federalist, tweeted.
“I will never support any Republican candidate on any level of government who does not pledge to use every available legal means to put a stop to this sort of thing and punish all those responsible,” political commentator for The Daily Wire Matt Walsh vowed.
Newsbusters’ writer Tierin-Rose Mandelburg snarked, “The newest lesson in Trade School is apparently how to spread-eagle on a metal pole. How tasteful.”
One commenter was blunt about it, “Little kids should not be getting pole dancing lessons at pride events. Who agrees?”

Another individual was incensed by the incident, “TWISTED instead of playing tether ball they are pole dancing Leave them kids alone!”
“just cannot grasp the mindset of a parent who is condoning this…. Kids have enough social overload as it is, pushing pole dancing trans on them??? Damn, I wish there was a written parent exam. Some people should not be allowed to reproduce,” someone else tweeted.
