Disruptive ‘male AOC’ David Hogg called an insurrectionist after being tossed from House Judiciary hearing

A chaotic scene took place during Wednesday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing on gun control when anti-Second Amendment activist David Hogg rudely disrupted the proceedings in yet another angry outburst from a left-wing diva desperate for media attention.

The 22-year-old Hogg, who became a resistance superstar after a deranged shooter massacred 17 people during a rampage at his Parkland, Florida high school, has struggled to stay relevant since the early media adoration and his unhinged rant in Congress will at least temporarily put him back in the headlines.

Hogg’s meltdown came as lawmakers were debating a ban on assault weapons, the proverbial camel’s nose under the tent for the political left’s Holy Grail of gun confiscation, an objective that has gained momentum as Democrats and their collaborators have pushed a spate of anti-gun legislation in response to high profile mass shootings including the slaughter of 19 children and their two teachers at a Texas elementary school, and the Fourth of July mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois.

During remarks from Rep. Andy Biggs about where the Arizona Republican defended the right to bear arms to protect against the “invasion” at the southern border, Hogg sprung out of his seat like a jack-in-the-box and proceeded to berate the congressman, jabbing his finger in his direction before he was escorted out of the hearing room.

“The shooter at my high school, anti-Semitic, anti-Black and racist,” Hogg shouted. “The shooter in El Paso described it as an invasion,” referring to a 2019 mass shooting at a Walmart store.

“Those guns are coming from the United States of America. They aren’t coming from Mexico,” Hogg added. “You are reiterating the points of a mass shooter, sir.”

The young activist was very proud of his display which, while quite up to the performance of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez where she faked wearing handcuffs when taken into custody at a D.C. pro-abortion protest in front of the Supreme Court on Tuesday, sent his name trending on Twitter nonetheless.

“I just got kicked out of congress and I would do it again. … I’m tired of hearing these Republicans use the same talking points as mass shooters,” he wrote along with the video of his being removed from the room on Instagram.

Hogg also took to Twitter to post video of him in the hallway after he was shown the door.

“Gun lobbyists can try & birddog us, stop us, yell at us. The difference between us & them is we’re just young ppl defending our right to live. They’re defending weapons of war and their bank accts,” he boastfully wrote, adding “(P.S. @disney, get ur lawyers on this guy, I played the lion king throughout 😉)”

In another video posted to Twitter, he said, “We have a duty to interrupt white nationalists when they spew harmful rhetoric. We have to, they’re using the same talking points as mass shooter manifestos. Here’s my reflections and some context…”

The Harvard student’s tirade was reminiscent of the pathetic scene staged by former Democrat congressman and Texas gubernatorial candidate Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke who interrupted current Lone Star State Governor Greg Abbott during a press conference in the aftermath of the massacre at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde.

Other Hogg stunts included grandstanding “die-in” protests at Publix grocery stores in 2018 where his teen mob lay on the floor, blocking shoppers from doing their business because he was unhappy that the Florida-based chain donated to Republican Adam Putnam, an NRA supporter and gubernatorial candidate who would go on to lose the primary to current Governor Ron DeSantis.

Hogg’s antics were defended by committee Democrats including Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee who said , “I just want to respect the gentleman who could not take it anymore and had to express himself. I acknowledge his pain.”

“None of the debate on the other side is enlightening. It’s rather insulting. It’s nothing to do with reality,” she said of her Republican colleagues.
