Trump looks to sue former FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok, Lisa Page; comes up empty in 6 tries to serve papers

Former President Donald Trump is intent on suing former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page who contributed to smearing him during the Russia collusion hoax, but his attorneys have been unable to locate and serve them six separate times.

Efforts have been ongoing since March to find the leftist duo so they can be served with the 108-page lawsuit, according to new court papers.

Trump’s attorneys told a federal judge in Florida that the latest attempt was on June 30. That fact was revealed in a brief status report connected to the lawsuit accusing lead defendant Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee, former British Intelligence officer Christopher Steele, and 20 other Democrats of a conspiracy attempting to tie Trump to Russia during the 2016 presidential election.

Strzok and Page at one time were intimately involved. They now maintain separate, but public, profiles after cheating on their spouses in 2017 while attempting to take Trump down.

“I’m still not a party to the lawsuit — not until the plaintiff effects service, which they have not done,” Strzok told Business Insider Tuesday night in an interview, asserting that he has not been hiding from process servers.

The former FBI official wrote a book called, “Compromised: Counterintelligence and the Threat of Donald J. Trump.” He’s been making frequent public appearances on leftist media and Trump’s attorneys ostensibly have his Fairfax, Va. address, according to Strzok. He alleges that he knows this because he’s been following court filings online.

According to Business Insider, Trump’s attorney published subpoenas into the public docket three separate times. They included the home addresses of Strzok, Page, co-defendants, and fellow FBI officials James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Kevin Klinesmith.

“I occasionally make appearances on CNN, and each time the chyron says Fairfax, VA, so it’s not a secret,” Strzok commented. “I don’t know why they haven’t served me. I don’t know if they’re not serious. I don’t know if it’s incompetence. I don’t know if they’re playing games. I just don’t know — but of course, with Trump, it could be all of those things.”

Page now appears on NBC News as a  national security and legal analyst.

Both Strzok and Page have filed separate lawsuits against their former employer following their work with special counsel Robert Mueller on the Russian disinformation probe that went exactly nowhere because it was based on false allegations by Democrats.

This looks like it has to do with the Department of Justice declining to accept service on behalf of Strzok and Page. The DOJ reportedly provided information on who their attorneys are to Trump’s team.

It appears that the two former lovers are the only ones who have not been served with papers more than three months after the suit was filed. During that period of time, Clinton submitted a half-dozen filings. She has filed a motion to dismiss the case.
