In ‘chilling reality,’ Senate Dems call on Biden to use ‘full force of federal govt to protect access to abortion’

Turning the page in the Democratic playbook, a group of senators have moved past inciting protesters to declaring an emergency too good to pass up as they further proved their chief agenda item is massive government overreach in a letter to President Joe Biden.

With the decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization coming down from the Supreme Court Friday returning the right to regulate abortion to the individual states, thus activating “trigger laws” across the country that have banned or heavily restricted the practice, progressives were none too pleased that representative Democracy might actually get to play out on this issue. As such, 33 senators joined together Saturday to push against the 10th Amendment by urging Biden to broaden the scope of the federal bureaucracy and the unelected officials who maintain it.

“We call on you to combat these attacks and take immediate action to use the full force of the federal government to protect access to abortion in the United States,” the senators wrote erroneously referring to the 1973 ruling on Roe v. Wade as “settled law.”

“This is an unprecedented assault on women and the result of decades of activism by Republican extremists,” they went on ignoring the greater span of time over which abortion was broadly treated as illegal for reason that have only been strengthened with advances in technology.

As with all crises, the Democrats called for immediate action stating, “There is no time to waste: nearly half of the states already had laws in place to ban abortion or severely restrict access as soon as the Supreme Court decision came down. Many states enacted those laws immediately, and at least a dozen are set to follow suit in the coming days and weeks. Those laws will leave millions of Americans without access to essential reproductive health care.”

In other words, roughly one-third of the United States Senate proudly endorsed a letter to the president in favor of “choice” that seeks to deny citizens of the varied states with their own republican forms of government and constitutions to determine how they will be governed.

“The chilling reality is that our daughters and granddaughters now have fewer rights than their mothers and grandmothers. Women across the country are now being told by states what choices they can and cannot make when it comes to their own health and reproductive choices,” the letter carried on as it upped the hysteria. “This is dangerous and horrifying and it will endanger women’s lives. We cannot stand idly by as Republicans rip away women’s rights. And we know they will not stop with this decision–they are already eyeing a national abortion ban.”

Sadly, this is the modus operandi under Biden’s administration as the president has previously threatened to force oil companies to meet his demands in an effort to resuscitate the economy after he made ruin of it.

Meanwhile, the vast majority of Americans, who see the country heading in the wrong direction under Biden’s leadership, have little pressing concern over the issue of abortion. Instead of following the will of the voters, the Democrats continue to show how out of synch they are, not only with the American people, but with America itself.

To them, upholding the 10th Amendment is an “extreme decision” that the president must use executive powers to correct. In addition to Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders (VT) the letter pushing for Biden to act in line with a tyrant on this matter was signed by 32 Democrats:
