Gun-grabbing leftist propaganda monger Michael Moore’s latest call for stripping law-abiding Americans of their right to bear arms has caught the attention of the ideological allies of the modern Democratic Party in China, a country that serves as an inspirational model for their utopian vision of society.
Moore, who appeared on MSNBC after the horrific massacre carried out by a deranged individual who methodically gunned down 19 children and their teachers at a Texas elementary school expressed his view that any of the anti-gun laws proposed by the White House and congressional Democrats won’t go far enough and that nothing will suffice but the complete repeal of the Second Amendment.
The leftist gadfly followed up his conversation with Chris Hayes by doubling down on his call for repeal during Friday’s edition of his own podcast. “We need to start a movement to repeal the Second Amendment and replace it with something that says it’s not about the right of somebody to own a gun, it’s the right of all of us to be protected from gun violence,” Moore said.
“We have a right to live,” he added. “If you’re afraid of somebody breaking in, get a dog… you don’t need a gun.”
Moore’s remarks drew a positive response from blue-check Chinese media figure Chen Weihua, the former DC-NY chief correspondent for state propaganda organ China Daily who tweeted his feedback to a Fox News article on Moore’s call for disarmament.
“I agree,” the communist newsman tweeted.
I agree

Moore is likely very pleased that his views are echoed by the totalitarian Chinese government and its media puppets but many on Twitter begged to differ with Weihua.
Mouthpiece for totalitarian communist government agrees you don’t need a gun. https://t.co/8XpJTxH3B8

Of course you would agree. Our 2nd amendment exists because of people like you. When government fears the people, that’s good. When people fear government, that’s tyranny. Why didn’t Japan invade the US 80 years ago? Because there was a gun behind every blade of grass. Still true

Of course you do, its how you keep your people in check.

Which is why your citizens can’t defend themselves.

I'll bet @MMFlint is proud as hell to have Chinese State Media agreeing with his stupid "thoughts".

Once a successful producer and director of such films as “Roger and Me,” “Bowling for Columbine” which won an Oscar for best documentary, and the anti-Bush “Fahrenheit 9/11,” Moore has struggled to appeal to audiences as his one-time crossover populist appeal waned in favor of a more strident and, some would say, openly fascistic response to the presidency of Donald J. Trump, whom he ironically predicted would win the 2016 election, one of the few leftists who saw it coming.

“I make no apologies for it because I understand the history of this country and I don’t think we should be afraid to say this. Repeal the Second Amendment,” Moore said on his “Rumble” podcast, suggesting that Republicans are very concerned about him.
“They’re worried,” Moore said. “See, I’m not out on some left-wing here, I’m in the mainstream of American thought and opinion.”
