Herschel Walker hits back at MSNBC bomb-thrower who called his Senate campaign ‘a white insult to black people’

Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker reacted strongly after being smeared by MSNBC regular Elie Mystal who mocked him as a “clown show” and called his campaign “a white insult to black people” in a recent column, a continuation of a war of words between the former NFL star and the race-obsessed pundit that has turned downright nasty.

In his piece written for the far-left publication “The Nation,” Mystal also accused Walker of being “an animated caricature of a black person drawn by white conservatives,” while acknowledging that Walker could defeat the Democrat incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock in the upcoming race for Georgia’s U.S. Senate seat.

In an email to supporters, Walker wrote, “MSNBC featured this man on their network this week so he could spew even more anti-black, anti-conservative vitriol in the name of mediocre TV ratings,” something which Mystal, whose incendiary racist rants have become a regular feature on the network, does frequently.

“I never wanted the color of my skin to be a focal point of this Senate campaign, but these attacks on my character and my skin color have gone too far,” Walker said.

Mystal also insulted Walker’s intelligence.

“Every time somebody sticks a microphone in front of his mouth, Walker displays a level of ignorance that would embarrass most sixth graders,” he wrote in his column. “Herschel Walker’s candidacy is a white insult to black people. It doesn’t bother me that Walker is a clown show—it bothers me that white conservatives think Black voters are entertained.”

“I won’t be quiet about this,” Walker wrote. “This columnist is saying horrible things about fellow human beings based on the color of their skin. That’s simply wrong.”

During a recent appearance on MSNBC, the bomb-throwing Mystal accused black conservatives including Walker of “shucking and jiving for their white handlers,” a prime example of how radical leftists ruthlessly police African-Americans who dare to stray outside the gates of the Democratic Party plantation.

Walker’s email comes after he made remarks critical of former President Donald J. Trump during an interview with rapper Killer Mike on Revolt TV, saying that he was “mad” at him during a wide-ranging conversation with the host.

“One thing that people don’t know is President Trump never asked me,” he said. “And I need to tell him that he never asked, you know, I heard it all on television that ‘he’s gonna ask Herschel,’ he’s saying Hershel to run, President Trump never came out and said ‘Herschel, will you run for that Senate seat?’”

“He never asked, so, I’m mad at him, because he never asked, but he’s taking credit that he asked before all this started coming about,” adding that he and his wife prayed about his entry into the political arena.

Walker’s illustrious football career began at the University of Georgia where he won the 1982 Heisman Trophy and nearly carried the Bulldogs to the national championship before signing with the upstart United States Football League (USFL) where he played for three years, setting records before moving on to the National Football League where he played for 12 seasons.

Following his professional sports career, Walker went on to become a very successful African-American businessman who has conservative values, something that Mystal and his white liberal masters absolutely despise.
