Comedian Bill Maher lamented the long-lasting effects young people “indoctrinated” on Covid are experiencing – so much so that he wanted to punch them in their still-masked faces.
“When I see young people walking alone, outside, with the mask, I want to punch them,” Maher said on Friday’s episode of HBO’s “Real Time.”
Thinking back to a recent visit to a mostly outdoor mall Maher recalled that “the only people wearing masks were like 20. That’s who is wearing the masks, the people least likely to die from it. I feel like they have been indoctrinated in a way…”
Bill Maher & panel discuss the face mask absurdity & young people being “indoctrinated” on Covid:
“Mask really – we’re finding out – a particularly ineffective way of stopping it … it just becomes an amulet and a symbol of your party, and it should just be about the science.” pic.twitter.com/McQ11gS6N7

The “young people” have been indoctrinated in a way that apparently makes many people want to curl their fist like Maher and set the youngsters straight.
I so agree I want to smack the muzzled dummies !!!

Maher noted the recent videos circulating on social media that showed pilots and stewardesses announcing the lifting of the mask mandate mid flight thanks to U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle who ruled that the Centers for Disease Control mandate “exceeded the CDC statutory authority” and that it was “arbitrary and capricious.”
“I saw the videos of people erupting in cheers that we don’t have to wear a mask on the plane anymore. Now, there’s also, you hear from the people will die crowd. And they’re right, people will die,” Maher said matter of factly.

“People will always die. I’m against people dying, but they’re always going to die. And you actually can’t stop it and masks, really, we’re finding out, are a particularly ineffective way of stopping it,” the 66-year-old said.
“I just wish it didn’t have to be political,” he added. “It just becomes an amulet and a symbol of your party and it should just be about the science.”
The ever-maskers were present on social media, quick to virtue signal, and claim it’s ok to continue wearing them forever because “many people wear masks for many reasons.”
So sad he said this. Many people wear masks for many reasons. That kind of thinking has gotten us in so much trouble it’s why flight attendants are fighting off passengers on planes.@billmaher

That’s a little hard.
Some people were traumatized when ar an early age their little pacifiers were taken away. Now the masks are the new pacifier and it’s ok. If masks limit their anxieties, so be it.
We shouldn’t be critical of medical devices; masks, wheelchairs, whatever!
