Texas Governor Greg Abbott touted the early success of his plan to begin busing illegal immigrants to Washington D.C. and suggested that President Biden’s home state of Delaware could also become a destination for the resettlement efforts.
On Monday, the Lone Star State Republican appeared on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity” where he talked with host Sean Hannity about the relocation of the migrants from his state to the area where their greatest champions reside on a part-time basis, with more buses arriving daily as well as the ongoing crisis at the nation’s southern border.
Last week, Abbott delivered on his pledge to begin sending the illegals to D.C. in advance of the Biden administration’s formal ending of Title 42, the emergency health order put into place due to the COVID pandemic, which will be rescinded in May, resulting in swarms of people who are expected to overwhelm the border, stretching resources to the breaking point.
Hannity noted that in many ways, Abbott’s hands are tied to “stop Joe Biden from aiding and abetting the lawbreaking” but that he loves the idea of sending busloads of illegals to the heart of the swamp, jabbing White House press secretary Jen Psaki who claimed that the governor was aiding them in getting to their final destination in more of her snarky spin last week.

“We keep coming up with new ideas to do the federal government’s job, you know, Sean, it’s an atrocity that we have a president of the United States that is not securing the border,” replied Abbott.
“And he is violating the laws passed by Congress to secure the border and then on top of that, we have a president who is turning a blind eye to a security-based issue by allowing people on the terrorist watch list to come into the United States of America,” he continued, pointing out that they were the ones who were apprehended and that others evaded capture because of “paper processing” from the Border Patrol.
“So what the president is doing is outrageous and, as a result, Texas is taking unprecedented action, as we’re speaking right now Sean, the seventh bus is en route from Texas to Washington, D.C.,” Abbott said. “This busing process is going to continue, I want you and the audience to know exactly why we are doing what we are doing.”
He said that the Biden administration has been dropping off illegals in small towns on the border, emphatically stating that “we are not going to allow that to happen” and that “people in local communities were overrun,” leading to his decision to bus them to the doorsteps of the U.S. Capitol.
Noting that the Border Patrol is no longer conducting drop-offs in the affected local communities, Abbott also updated Hannity and his audience on the truck inspections at the border which Psaki claimed were causing inflation and supply chain problems.
Hannity then asked, “Will you send every illegal immigrant in the state of Texas to Washington, D.C.?”
“We are going to load them up and send them to Washington, D.C.,” Abbott replied, adding, “If we run out of room there, Delaware looks like a great location.”
Whether Gov. Abbott follows through on his great idea remains to be seen but nothing would get Biden’s attention faster than busloads of migrants being dropped off directly in front of his Delaware home.

The invaders being sent North from Texas should be dropped off on the streets right in front of the Huashengdun area mansions of all the DimMarxist “representatives”, and others, who refuse to allow the completion of the wall, and enforcement of all laws relating to immigration which the invaders are violating.
Great plan. Give them tents and they can camp on the beach just outside Joey’s taxpayer funded fence.
Some of these illegals should be dropped off at Pelosi CA house. Chuck Schomer should also get some illegals at his house.
Governor Abbot, I think your doing a very good job. Just keep up the Good Work. I seen one say keep the Wall going. Well Trump had money for that and Beijing Joe just flat out dropped the wall. So Abbot start thinking about Martha Vineyard, Piglosi’s back door or her Yard, Water’s Yard, Piaaacki’s Yard then go on down the list of the NeoNatzi Party. Pissacki loves the Illegal’s so much she needs a bounch. I think AZ. Flordia and a lot of other Governor’s of the States should start doing the same as Abbot is doing. If Bijing Joe wants the Illega’s in the US then it is only fair that the States are Blue let them take care of them All.

Why should Abbot finish the wall ? Trump left money just for the wall and Beijing Joe ignorged it and went ahead and opened the Border wider. I think Abbot is doing a Great Job. Maybe you should sign up to take some and keep them in your back yard if you think what Abbot is doing is, UNACCEPTABLE. I love the ones that is downing Abbot when the very ones that is Griping should be help Fund the Illegal’s or keep some of them.
Greg Abbott is an administration enabler. If he wanted to he could close down the Texas border but he just sits there and whines about the problem. He should dismiss CPB from the area and deploy the Texas National Guard and any other resources at his disposal and lock that border down. He makes me sick. I thought Texans were a little smarter than this.
Abbot’s hand’s are tied at certain thing’s. Beijing Joe want’s all those Illegal’s here then let him really take care of them at his Home in Delaware and in DC. If you are taking up for the Illegal’s them you should get in touch with Abbot and have a few come stay in your own back yard.

I love what Abbot is doing-he needs to bus all these illegal aliens to Delaware, DC the Hamptons, Pelosi’s SF neighborhood, Obama’s gated enclave and all the other Democrats and give them free tents to set up homeless camps.

Drop off the illegals at Rehoboth Beach. It’s lovely this time of year and the Summer tourist season is right around the corner. The illegals just might be this year’s “Jaws”. 😂😂😂
If I were Abbott. I’d not only be eyeing Delaware but, I’d be looking at Martha’s Vineyard. In particular, any land that neighbors the Obamas. Set them up with a couple of huge Army tents and supplies. Also, I’d be eyeballing any blue state other than CA (they are literally paying them to come there).
While, of course, it would be better to bus them back across the border, Abbott isn’t allowed to do that. I applaud his current efforts. I’ve found in other comment sections that, the ONLY people who don’t like the idea…just so happen to live in Maryland or Delaware. When you snooze, you lose.
Governor Abbott, keep doing what you are doing! Not too long from now, DC will start seeing the domino effect that it will have on the Capitol there. Do you really think that Demoncrats, leftists, and Rinos want ILLEGAL ALIENS dropped off at the Capitol? Soon the illegal in the WH will feel right at home as they drop illegal aliens off in their neighborhood. We Texans are FED-UP with this administration, the whole of this administration, including Congress and all branches! It’s just inexcusable!
