Twitter’s decision to suspend conservative commentator Jack Posobiec for promoting Disney-themed “Boycott Groomers” gear has some wondering if the social media network is salvageable, even with free-speech enthusiast Elon Musk on board.
Posted Wednesday, the tweet read “Get it before it’s banned” and included two links– one to a Disney-themed “Boycott Groomers” t-shirt, and another to a Disney-themed “Boycott Groomers” sticker.
Early Sunday morning four days later, Twitter temporarily suspended Posobiec, he announced via an alternative social media platform, GETTR:

As news of his suspension spread to Twitter, it triggered anger, with former Trump administration official Richard Grenell in particular feeling so exasperated that he was doubtful even Elon Musk’s presence on Twitter’s board of directors could save the social media network.
“I don’t think Twitter can be saved. @elonmusk doesn’t have enough time to fix their problems. It’s going down hill fast,” he tweeted.

Musk purchased a tad under 10 percent of the company last week, after which Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal granted him a much-coveted seat on the company’s board.
News of Musk’s purchase and admittance to the board brought it with hope that maybe, just maybe, he could help steer the network toward free speech again.
In the last few years, Twitter has grown significantly less free, speech-wise, to the point that now it’s a suspendible “crime” just to say a man’s a man and a woman’s a woman.
But not everybody has lost hope. Some, in fact, responded to Posobiec’s suspension by posting tweets to Musk, begging him to intervene.

@elonmusk perhaps invite @JackPosobiec to next board meeting to talk about the censorship in twitter👍🏻

Note what one Twitter user wrote about Disney having “got[ten] their feelings hurt.”
In an interview with The Post Millennial conducted after the suspension, Posobiec said he suspects he was suspended less-so because of the “Boycott Groomers” gear and more-so because of a breaking story about Disney that he’d recently run.
“Elon Musk recently commented that corporations dictate policy on Twitter through ad dollars, so it comes as no surprise Twitter will censor you for criticizing one of the largest media companies in the world,” he said.
“This is clear retaliation for me leaking the internal employee forums at Disney showing many of their workers support the Florida anti-grooming bill.”
The story consisted of screenshots from Disney’s “internal staff message boards” showing conservative employees arguing in support of Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill.
Just had a cast member at Disney leak me a ton of screenshots from their internal staff message boards of Disney employees arguing in support of the Florida bill.
Will post once we sanitize them to protect anonymity.

Last month Disney declared war on the Florida law thanks to pressure from both left-wing activists within the company and left-wing activists in the press.
The law specifically prohibits teachers from engaging in inappropriate discussions about sex/gender with all school kids, but particularly those in third grade or under.
Yet despite the noble intent of the bill, it’s come under heavy assault from the far-left and their allies both in the press and America’s major institutions, including Disney, because of activists’ concerns that it won’t allow gay teachers to tell their students about their love lives.
Dovetailing back to Posobiec’s suspension, the bad news is that Musk appears to be busy with other Twitter-related projects at the moment.
“Elon Musk, Twitter Inc’s biggest shareholder, on Saturday suggested a raft of changes to the social media giant’s Twitter Blue premium subscription service, including slashing its price, banning advertising and giving an option to pay in the cryptocurrency dogecoin,” according to Fox Business Network.
The good news is that a first-time suspension lasts only 12 hours, and since Posobiec hasn’t been suspended since October of 2020, his current suspension will most likely count as a first-time one.
This is ridiculous.
Jack Posobiec posted the photos of Hunter Biden released in today’s article…
Twitter locked his account and sent him an alert to delete it.

He was suspended last time for posting photos from Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop. Recall that at the time, big tech and big media colluded to censor any and all content related to the laptop, claiming the content was “Russian disinformation.”
Not til recently did the establishment press finally admit that no, the content was 100 percent legitimate …
