Alabama Governor Kay Ivey (R-AL) “hit the nail squarely on the head” this election season with campaign ads that will make any blue-state conservative resident fawn with envy, promising to ensure secure elections in light of the 2020 election, strongly supporting second amendment rights and taking a playful dig at President Joe Biden.

“The fake news, big tech and blue-state liberals stole the election from President Trump,” the 54th governor of Alabama said.

“But here in Alabama, we’re making sure that never happens. We have not, and will not send absentee ballots to everyone and their brother. We banned corrupt curbside voting. And our results will always be audited,” she continued.

“I’m Kay Ivey, the left is probably offended. So be it,” she said. “As long as I’m governor, we’re gonna protect your vote.”

Not everyone agreed with the governors stance on fair elections and several reported the video post to Twitter as fake news “spreading misinformation about the election.”

Election integrity is not the only issue the self-proclaimed conservative fighter is ready to take on. She came out guns a-blazin’ in support of the second amendment assuring her constituents on social media, “In Alabama, we’re going to keep putting lead on target.”

The ad opens with two men at the shooting range discussing Ivey’s accomplishments including record job creation, signing America’s strongest pro-life law, banning critical race theory, blocking Biden’s vaccine mandate, and sending troops to the border.

“Kay kicks so much liberal butt, I bet her legs tired,” one man noted.

The 77-year-old politician has a sense of humor too, and used it to poke fun at President Joe Biden in another video campaign ad.

“Growing up, my mom and dad told us, if you can’t say somethin’ nice, don’t say anything at all,” the granny spitfire said with a southern accent.

“Well, here’s what I have to say about Joe Biden…” she says as she looks around awkwardly, tapping her fingers waiting for the time to pass.

“Poor Joe,” she finally said. “Bless his heart.”

The recent swath of ads energized her supporters in Alabama and across the country.
