Trump on transgender theory: Biden, Dems ‘waging war on reality, war on science, war on children, war on women’

Former President Donald Trump used his latest rally this Saturday in Grand Rapids, Michigan to speak to the Republican Party’s newest constituency: parents.

“A Republican Congress must stand up for parental rights,” he bluntly said.

Meaning, he continued, that the GOP-led Congress expected to emerge from the midterm elections must prioritize pushing legislation on behalf of the millions of parents throughout the nation who’re concerned about their children being indoctrinated in hateful racial essentialism and radical transgender ideology.

“As president, I was proud to issue the world’s first ban on critical race theory. Joe Biden rescinded that order immediately. But when we retake Congress, Republicans must ban critical race theory in our schools, ban it in our military and ban it in every part of our federal, state and local governments,” Trump said.

“Furthermore, America’s moms and dads must be given a veto over anyone teaching far-left gender theories to their children in school without parental consent. It’s unbelievable — this week, the Biden administration released guidance endorsing hormone therapy, puberty blockers and sex-changing surgeries for children and minor use.”

“Can you imagine a child, and then they grow up and they say, ‘Why the hell did you do that to me, mom, or dad, or government?’ Biden’s Department of Justice has also announced they will punish medical doctors who refuse to perform irreversible and highly controversial transgender procedures,” the former president continued.

“I can’t even believe it. Who the hell would have ever believed we would even be talking about this stuff, right? Who would believe it. With their extremist sex and gender ideology, the Democrat Party is waging war on reality, war on science, war on children, war on women.”

While some dishonest critics may accuse the president of distorting the truth and “lying” with his claim about Democrats waging war on science, even famous author J.K. Rowling appears to be cognizant of this demonstrable truth.

Last week she shared a video of an “experienced psychiatrist” talking about the abnormal trend of autistic children seeking gender reassignment services:

In response to this discussion rooted in real science, far-left LGBT activists flooded Rowling with unrepentant hate, including death threats.

These people are the Democrat Party’s chosen base, as evidenced by, among other things, the administration using an obscure holiday known as International Trans Day of Visibility to announce a spate of radical policies catering to the far-left transgender community.

These policies include redesigning America’s airport TSA body scanners to be “gender inclusive,” forcing insurance companies to pay for sex-change operations and “re-affirming that transgender children have the right to access gender-affirming health care,” presumably without their parents’ permission.

Continuing his remarks at Saturday’s rally, the former president noted that in addition to now being the party of reality and science, the Republican Party is also “now the party of American women and American children.”

“The Republican Party is now the party of American women and American children, and we will protect women in sports and not allow men to enter into the women’s game,” he said before switching topics for a bit.

He later returned to the topic of children to say that “the American people will not sit idly by and allow our children to be indoctrinated, segregated, and mutilated by the lunatic left.”
