Biden does creepy whisper about Trump leaving him ‘fiscal mess’ and billionaires not paying ‘fair share’

President Joe Biden revealed his 2023 budget on Monday, which came with a list of creepy whispers, complaints, and excuses about former President Donald Trump, billionaires, the supply chain, and claiming once more that people under a certain income will not be paying increased taxes.

The $5.8 trillion budget plan reportedly contains a new tax on billionaires in an effort to, as liberals love to say, make them pay their fair share.

It also looks to ease some of the supply chain issues that have been going on since the onset of COVID-19, as well as supplying additional funds to help fight rising crime around the country.

“For most Americans, the last few years were very hard — stretching them to the breaking point — but billionaires and large corporations got richer than ever,” Biden lamented. “Right now billionaires pay an average eight percent on their total income.”

“Now, I’m a capitalist … if you make a billion bucks, great, just pay your fair share. Pay a little bit. A firefighter and a teacher pay more than double- double the tax rate that a billionaire pays,” he claimed.

He then leaned into the microphone for emphasis, perhaps, and whispered: “That’s not right. That’s not fair – and my budget contains a billionaire minimum tax because of that.”

It wasn’t long until the conversation turned to Trump, which was less than complimentary.

“After my president — excuse me — my predecessor’s fiscal mismanagement, we’re reducing the Trump deficit and bringing our fiscal house to order,” Biden boasted. “Now, the budget I’m releasing today will continue this approach. It makes prudent investments in economic growth, more equitable economy, while making sure corporations and the very wealthy pay their fair share.”

For good measure, he repeated a promise that he has made for quite some time, assuring the people that those under a $400,000 income will not “pay a penny more in federal taxes.”

“And I would add nobody making less than $400,000 a year will pay a penny more in federal taxes.”
