The police have said a total of 10 shots were fired in the scuffle resulting in Black and three others being shot, the Daily Mail reported. Though Black had left the scene after the incident, he was later reported to have sought care at a nearby hospital.
Two of the other victims, one 19-years-old, currently remain unnamed. The fourth victim is reportedly identified as Mark Schaefer, a 60-year-old autograph collector. Schaefer is believed to have sustained wound to the foot. These three victims were taken to a hospital directly from the scene.
All are reported to be in stable condition.
TMZ has obtained video from a different angle that clearly depicts Black in the midst of the fray before bullets are fired.

While the details remain unknown as to who the shooters were and what started the altercation, Black has a history of offenses including federal weapons related charges.
Here’s additional video from TMZ:
In April 2021, Black was arrested after an assault charge involving a teenage girl in South Carolina. Black also began this year with an arrest on New Year’s Day for trespassing in Pompano Beach, FL, his hometown.
Most famously, in April 2019, Black was arrested for drug and weapons charges while attempting to cross the border from Canada into the United States. This lead to a presidential pardon from President Donald Trump who commuted Black’s three-year sentence.
The pardon, which was supported by religious leaders like Pastor Darrell Scott and Rabbi Schneur Kaplan along with former New York Police Department Commissioner Bernie Kerik, was issued after Black had served roughly half of his sentence.
Though he has had a checkered past, the pardon took special note of the philanthropic efforts that Black has taken including, “providing educational resources to students and families of fallen law enforcement officers and the underprivileged…” along with paying, “for the notebooks of school children, [providing] funding and supplies to daycare centers, [providing] food for the hungry, and annually [providing] for underprivileged children during Christmas.”
Black had also recently donated $50,000 to Dave Portnoy’s Barstool Fund which was started to help businesses impacted by COVID-19 restrictions.
Other celebrities in attendance at Bieber’s party included Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Drake, and Jeff Bezos.
