A viral video shows a man going ballistic while at Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia because three police officers attempted to force him to leave his wife who was getting ready to give birth to his child due to COVID policies put in place since the pandemic hit.
“I’m being assaulted. I’m getting kicked out of the hospital. I’m being kicked out by… what’s your name?” the unidentified soon-to-be father said to the first police officer who tried to get him to leave. The man videoed the encounter to share with others.
As the officer told him he had to leave, he replied repeatedly, “I won’t be leaving.”
“This is my child. I won’t be leaving her or I won’t be leaving at all,” he adamantly declared to the officer.

She then called for backup and two other male officers arrived on the scene.
“You have to leave sir,” the officer said as the other two hurried into the room.
“I’m going to stay here with my wife and my kid,” the man repeated.
The female officer again said, “I’m asking you to leave.”
The father-to-be again declared, “I’m staying here with my wife and my kid. I will not go anywhere. I’m staying here with my wife and my kid! I’m not going anywhere. You guys are on video. I’m not going anywhere. I’m staying with my wife and my kid, do not touch me! You’ve no right! Don’t touch me! You’ve no right!” he yelled at the officers.
He also asserted, ”They’re kicking me out because I will not submit to a PCR test. A PCR test. That’s proven wrong.”
As the police tried to physically remove him he kept yelling that he was staying with his wife and kid and to not touch him, over and over again getting more and more irate.
The man started yelling that this was “so wrong” and that the officers were mean. Then he accused them of trying to kill him.
“I’m not leaving,” he said. “This is my wife and my kid. I’m not leaving my wife and my kid and I would hope you would not leave your wife and kid either.”
But the police just kept telling him he had to leave. The man had evidently climbed up on something and they were trying to get him to go without using force. The wife could be heard in the video crying in the background while in labor.
“You’re upsetting my wife who is about to have my baby and you are trying to drag me out of the f***ing room! You guys are trying to keep me away from my baby! It’s never going to happen! I’m never going to leave my child or my wife over a COVID test. Do you understand me? Do you understand me? This is my right, this is my wife and she’s fine right there,” the man screamed as the video ended.
Instead of having a joyful experience welcoming their son into the world, this couple was allegedly traumatized and separated by police because of a COVID mandate. The mother was reportedly forced to give birth alone, according to The World Watch.

If the hospital wanted to give him a COVID test, they should’ve tested him at the entrance like every other hospital before he got to his wife’s room. Regardless, it is immoral to force someone to do something that violates their conscience.

Not that I understand why he wouldn’t get a test but the legal definition of battery is when you physically force someone to do a treatment/test if they refuse. I can foresee lawsuits
