The Biden White House reportedly collaborated with the National School Board Association concerning the controversial letter sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland calling for the FBI to investigate parents as potential domestic terrorists.
The revelation comes from previously unreported emails obtained by Parents Defending Education through public records requests according to The Washington Free Beacon.
The National School Board Association’s president Viola Garcia and CEO Chip Slaven allegedly sent the letter to the President on Sept. 29 without approval from the organization’s board of directors. That letter contended that the actions of parents who are protesting at school board meetings across the nation could be considered “a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”
The emails in question purportedly show that the Biden White House asked the NSBA for examples of perceived threats against school board members days before Garland tasked the FBI and the Justice Department with determining how to prosecute alleged crimes by parents.
FOIA'ed emails show the Biden White House KNEW about the letter asking DOJ to treat concerned parents as DOMESTIC TERRORISTS.

So the White House was well aware of the plan to go after parents as “domestic terrorists” before that term ever appeared in the Nat’l Assn of School Boards letter to DOJ & was clearly A-OK w/that, & w/the plan to sic the DOJ/FBI on moms & dads worried about their kids. #unity https://t.co/B4IYkbvRK7

It is evident in the letter that the White House had prior knowledge of the communication before it was sent. It is unknown if the Biden administration actually colluded with the NSBA to create the letter to prompt federal action on the matter.
The emails also reveal that the NSBA’s board of directors was not happy over officials sending out the letter without getting their nod of approval first.
One director pointed out, “Rather than helping our cause and calming the waters, this letter has re-awakened hostilities that were just beginning to finally calm down.”
“Many of us have been put in a position now of explaining or defending this action of our association as we are asked by members of our community if we consider them domestic terrorists for showing up to our meetings and expressing their opinions,” John W. Halkias, who is a director from the association’s Central Region, stated on Oct. 1.
Halkias claims that he and other board members would most likely not have approved the letter. He noted that it “used terms that were extreme, and asked for action by the Federal Government that many of us would not request.”
Garcia and Slaven said in other emails to the board of directors that they had been speaking with the Biden administration and the Department of Education concerning an increase in angry parents showing up at school board meetings.
Garcia initially defended the letter, “What we have witnessed are coordinated efforts, playbooks, for creating chaos at school board meetings and in local communities … What we are now seeing is a pattern of threats and violence occurring across state lines and via online platforms, which is why we need the federal government’s assistance.”
Slaven wrote that he and Garcia sent the letter to Biden “concerning threats to public schools and school board members.” He asserted that they were “in talks over the last several weeks with White House staff,” and that the White House had “requested additional information on some of the specific threats.”
“So the letter also details many of the incidents that have been occurring,” Slaven reported.
Garcia also wrote in an email to the board on Oct. 2 that they had been working with the White House and Education Department “for several weeks” on the school board protests.
“We felt compelled to say something when we started hearing about the threats, harassment, and acts of intimidation at school board meetings,” she claimed in her email.
To make matters even worse, it now appears that The entire Loudoun County school board was informed of the alleged rape of Scott Smith’s daughter in a high school bathroom by a gender-fluid student in a skirt the day that it occurred according to local news outlet WTOP.
WTOP obtained an email written by Superintendent Scott Ziegler on May 28, “Good Afternoon, Board Members, The purpose of this email is to provide you with information regarding an incident that occurred at Stone Bridge HS. This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom. The LCSO [Sheriff’s Office] is investigating the matter. Secondary to the assault investigation, the female student’s parent responded to the school and caused a disruption by using threatening and profane language that was overheard by staff and students. Additional law enforcement units responded to the school to assist with the parent. The school’s counseling team is providing services for students who witnessed the parent’s behavior. The alleged victim is being tended to by LCSO.”
The email was sent out three weeks before the June 22nd school board meeting that focused on a transgender policy that affects bathrooms and ended in that same parent of the victim being tackled by police, bloodied, handcuffed, and arrested.
People are getting angrier by the day over the incident and the approach by the White House and the FBI: (** Language warning)
Prison time for all of them for endangering students by allowing that boy back in the schools.
