Pre-Order “RUSH ON THE RADIO” today!

James Golden, affectionately known by his fans as “Bo Snerdley,” is set to release a must-read memoir in late November documenting his decades of experience working alongside the late legendary conservative radio show host Rush Limbaugh.

Made famous as the longtime call screener, producer, and engineer of Limbaugh’s syndicated radio program, “The Rush Limbaugh Show,” Golden is brimming with behind-the-scenes stories about the legend that he’s desperate to share.

These stories have been compiled in a memoir, “Rush on the Radio: A Tribute from His Sidekick for 30 Years,” that’s to be published on Nov. 23rd by All Seasons Press.

The book will be available on Amazon and other platforms, according to a press release by Golden’s publisher, All Seasons Press.

“The Rush Limbaugh Show, the highest rated radio show in history, spanned 33 years and changed American political conversation. James Golden, aka ‘Bo Snerdley,’ was there from the beginning to the final, tearful episodes. As call screener, ‘Official Program Observer,’ and friend of Rush, Golden shares behind the scenes anecdotes that grew the massive audience of devoted listeners. In addition, James reveals insights about pivotal moments in the radio program’s evolution, and how they apply today,” the press release reads.

“For those who ever wondered what it was like to be a part of the inner circle of the most successful radio show in history, this book tells the story with candor, humor, and heart. For the many who knew the voice of Bo Snerdley but wondered about the man, and why Rush trusted him so much, James Golden’s fascinating career before meeting Rush, personal story, and occasional disagreements with Rush will delight fans of the show. Despite some differences, James and Rush shared remarkable similarities in their life and career, and James continues his passion for radio today with his own show.”

Besides remarkable similarities in their life and career, the two also shared the same values. The same conservative values, to be exact. Conservative values that Golden is now passing on to the next generation through his radio show.

The show, “Bo Snerdley,” was launched two months ago on New York AM radio station WABC. Through the show, he’s been able to follow Limbaugh’s path and keep the legendary host’s mission to educate the public on conservatism alive.

It’s a mission Limbaugh elucidated during a radio broadcast way back in 2013.

“My purpose here every day is to beat this stuff back. And I’ve been honest with you, upfront about my objective, and that is to create as large an informed, participating, voting bloc of citizenry possible. I know I’m just one show. I don’t expect to convert the whole country, but I’ve always thought of myself as part of a team effort,” he said.

He added at the time that the only thing holding conservatism back was the lack of people like him (and now Golden) speaking truth to power.

“I have been under the impression that whether you call them Republicans or whether you call them conservative, that there are people fighting the left, trying to stop them, trying to educate and inform people so as to reverse this. And I have, frankly, this is my naivete, I’ve been shocked to learn how few people actually are doing that on our side. I mean, it’s obvious at this moment now there’s no pushback from the Republican Party on any of this,” he said.

Likewise, there hasn’t been nearly enough pushback against the leftists who’ve sought to smear Limbaugh now that he’s gone.

“Rush’s legacy must be framed truthfully and properly. The stories must not be lost. We need them now more than ever,” Golden said in a statement shared exclusively with BizPac Review.

His upcoming book will be that pushback. It’ll also be a follow-up to “Rush Limbaugh: The Man Behind the Golden EIB Microphone,” a podcast about Limbaugh’s life that Golden narrated over the summer.

The book’s publisher, All Seasons Press, is a new conservative publisher that was launched earlier this year by publishing veterans Louise Burke and Kate Hartson.

The press release shared with BPR notes that All Seasons Press specifically seeks to publish “the best writers, politicians, and pundits in the conservative movement,” including those “who are being attacked, bullied, banned from social media, and, in some cases, outright rejected by politically correct publishers.”

Golden was lucky to find them because contemporary America is teeming with “woke” publishers more interested in virtue-signaling their “wokeness” than in publishing quality content that the public actually craves.

Prior to his death earlier this year from lung cancer, Limbaugh had himself been a renowned author known for his abundance of quality literature.

Among his most popular books were those in the “Rush Revere” series. Beloved by children across the country, the series of books was written by Limbaugh and his widow, Kathryn Adams Limbaugh, as a way to teach children real American history.

In fact, he enjoyed teaching his adult listeners the same:

There’s a reason Golden considers his former boss to be a modern “Founding Father.”

“You know, Rush is to me a second-generation Founding Father. One man changed so many trajectories in this country. When Rush began his career, there were 1,200 radio stations, roughly, doing the talk radio format. Today, there are over 12,000,” he said to Fox News after Limbaugh’s passing in February.

“There was nowhere on TV that you could get conservative ideology; that you could get the values that represent what most Americans believe until Rush. He changed the media. He changed the landscape,” Golden added.

The type of values that the Founding Fathers also believed, but that are slowly being eroded by rampant liberalism and so-called “progressivism” run amok.

That’s why it’s so important that Limbaugh’s message, his values, and his legacy remain forever etched in people’s hearts.
