Apparently fed up with the ongoing assault on kids’ education due to COVID-19 restrictions, three men from Tuscon, Arizona took matters into their own hands and arrived at a local elementary school, armed with law enforcement-grade zip ties, in a possible bid to make a citizen’s arrest.
Diane Vargo, the Mesquite Elementary School principal said the father of a boy who was asked to quarantine arrived at the school distraught that the boy was sent home and unable to go on a field trip due to an “exposure” to COVID-19. Pima County Health Department officials suggest that children must quarantine for seven days after exposure.
This is the same virus that current CDC data shows is the cause of a nationwide total of 326 deaths in children ages 5-18 between 1/4/2020 and 8/28/21. That is, for the entire duration of the pandemic.
After the father and son had been in the principal’s office for about 10 minutes, two other men joined him. One man arrived with large black zip ties. The two men apparently recorded themselves walking into the school. Watch the video below and you’ll see the zip ties peek up from the bottom of the screen as they explained they intended to make a “citizen’s arrest.”

“[The father] was very upset and demanded that his son stay at school. And I said he can’t. We’re just following protocols. He had a phone in my face. He was telling me that there’s more people coming,” Vargo said according to a report by USA Today.
While one of the men was on his way to the school, he apparently recorded the video below explaining the reason for his trip. He describes the ongoing fight parents are facing against the COVID-19 restrictions on kids and that he and others are “fed up” with the policies.
“We’re going to go confront them,” Walker says as he records a call-to-action trying to rally more people to join him in harassassing the staff at a Tucson elementary school that he doesn’t even had kids at (which he also admits in this video). pic.twitter.com/BwhZdutSub

“Those two other men barged into my office and blocked my doorway, and one of the men had these large black zip ties in his hand, and the other man had a phone on me as well,” Vargo explained.
The principal explained that she called the police, but the men left her office before they arrived. The Tuscon Police Department confirmed that they did make an arrest off of school grounds on Thursday. A citation was issued and the person was released.
The father and one of the men reportedly took to social media to explain the situation.
Kelly Walker & the dad, Reese went live today talking about this incident and Reese’s later arrest. They’re pretending that this is solely about them being “masculine” (lol) and not the fact that the brought ZIP-TIES to an elementary school with the intention of causing violence. pic.twitter.com/7oJ8IZd8Yi

The frustration of these three men is echoed across the country by parents who are sick and tired of the nonsensical and totalitarian policies being forced on kids who generally fair very well if they are exposed or have COVID-19. In fact, a recent study revealed that California hospitalizations for children were “grossly inflated.” Of the children hospitalized “with” COVID-19, the study noted that 45 percent of them “were unlikely” hospitalized because of the virus itself.
