Meet Nicole Armbruster, a former Girl Scout who grew up to be a seemingly delusional left-wing extremist who thinks violently attacking her ideological and political “adversaries” makes her a so-called “antifascist.”

“You wouldn’t know it, but Armbruster, 5’5″ and under 130 pounds, is a militant activist in the far-left Antifa movement. She has clashed on the streets with the rightwing Proud Boys extremist group, with the alt-right movement and with police,” Reuters reported in a profile of her published last week.

Notice how the left-wing outlet described Antifa as a “movement.”

In reality, Antifa is a predominantly white, predominately upper-class, anti-free-speech, anti-liberty extremist hate group known for harassing and brutally assaulting innocent people:

None of the examples seen above were mentioned by the “journalists” at Reuters.

Ironically, Reuters went on to unintentionally admit the truth about Antifa.

“[Armbruster’s] arrest record – in Washington, DC, Arizona, Virginia, Minnesota and Florida – dates to 2003, for charges of unlawful assembly, failure to disperse, violating the Riot Act and assaulting far-right leaders and a police officer. Most of her prior charges were dismissed by judges or prosecutors; she faces three pending cases,” Reuters noted.

The outlet conveniently neglected to mention which charges were dismissed — and whether or not the dismissals were made in far-left localities like Portland, Oregon.

They say their aim is to confront those they see as racist and fascist, with the activists employing anything from social media campaigns to public protests to street violence against their adversaries,” Reuters continued.

In other words, anyone who “they” perceive as “racist and fascist” — i.e., their ideological “adversaries” — deserves to be attacked via “street violence.”

To Antifa extremists, everybody else is an extremist but them, the street thugs who threaten and beat up journalists.

Like other left-wing extremists, Armbruster comes from a rich family.

“Armbruster was born to a well-off family in suburban New York. She says she was a Girl Scout from kindergarten through high school. Then, she packed up for college at St. Lawrence University,” Reuters reported.

The cost to attend St. Lawrence University for the 2021-2022 academic school year alone is $75,750.

Reuters went on to essentially act as her lawyer by seemingly defending her from charges that she’d brutally assaulted conservative journalist Jack Posobiec.

“[P]olice charged her with assaulting far-right activist Jack Posobiec in June 2020 by shoving him. … Her alleged assault on far-right activist Posobiec came on June 26, 2020. The Southern Poverty Law Center says Posobiec ‘collaborated with white supremacists, neo-fascists and antisemites for years,'” the outlet wrote.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is itself a radical far-left group that’s been discredited numerous times.

“Its methods of determining hate and extremism are so shoddy and corrupt that it’s been forced to dole out a multimillion-dollar settlement to Maajid Nawaz, a British Muslim whom it hysterically dubbed an ‘anti-Muslim extremist,'” National Review’s David French noted in 2019.

And even if Posobiec were a “collaborator,” which he’s not, that wouldn’t justify violence against him.

Naturally, Reuters’ piece provoked quite a bit of outrage from critics, including renowned journalist Andy Ngo, who felt the outlet was trying to glorify Armbruster and the extremism and violence she proudly supports.

The Proud Boys is a pro-free-speech, pro-liberty, multiracial fraternity led by a Cuban immigrant. It too has in a few rare instances acted out violently, but certainly not at the level of Antifa.
