Mostly white Antifa thugs interrupted a rally against street violence Saturday in Oakland to lecture black men and women who’ve lost loved ones to street violence about how the police are allegedly the real bad guys.

Organized by local police, the rally was meant to give a voice to people like the parents of deceased 19-year-old Andre Jr. Robinson, who was murdered last year.

“It’s so hard. Sometimes I can’t even get up,” Robinson’s mother said to the San Francisco Chronicle this weekend.

“He was my best friend,” his father added.

“The Robinsons, wanting an end to the kind of violence that took their son, went to a ‘Stand Up for a Safe Oakland’ rally sponsored by the Oakland Police Department at Lake Merritt Amphitheater on Saturday — held as shooting deaths in Oakland soar to 71 this year,” according to the Chronicle.

But while there, they — real victims of color — wound up being heckled by far-left Antifa thugs.

Watch (*Language warning):

As seen in the first video above, the black rallygoers tried unsuccessfully to educate the thugs.

“You think you have a right to be here? You don’t have a right to be here when black children are dying in the street everyday!” they said to them.

But instead of listening, the smug, arrogant thugs argued back.

“Yeah, at the ends of the police!” they claimed.

This understandably enraged the black rallygoers, who are people who’ve lost loved ones to street violence, not alleged police brutality.

“No! That’s a lie! That’s a lie!” they shouted back.

According to journalist Lee Fang of The Intercept, roughly 200 mostly black families attended the rally, including plenty of mothers mourning their “recently murdered children.” But even this didn’t stop the thugs from heckling them.

Look:

Fang understandably described the scene as “surreal.”

He further noted in additional tweets that the “anti-violence activists from East Oakland said they were disappointed in the white anti-police antifa protesters, said they seemed close minded and disconnected from the actual violence in the city.”

This is true of virtually every anti-cop, “defund the police” activist, from street thugs like Antifa all the way up to Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors.

Khan-Cullors lobbies hard for the defunding of the police in troubled minority neighborhoods, yet she herself lives in a lavish $1.4 mansion situated in a predominantly white neighborhood far away from the streets.

The good new is that the voices of activists like her are slowly but surely being drowned out by voters like those in New York City, who recently elected a former cop as the Democrat nominee for the upcoming NYC mayoral election in November.

Former New York Police Department Eric Adams’ victory provoked more outrage and anger from the “defund the police” types, but nobody is listening anymore.

A USA Today/Ipsos pull published last weed found that “7 in 10 supported increasing police department budgets” and “77% said they would like additional police officers deployed on street patrols.”

All this comes only weeks after Oakland’s far-left city council voted to defund the Oakland Police Department, provoking anger from Oakland police chief LeRonne Armstrong, a black man.

“Today, we find ourselves in a crisis. We find ourselves reeling from a weekend of violence where we have seen four homicides over a three-day period. … Our shootings are up over 70% compared to last year. Our robberies are up 11% this year. There’s been 1,300 robberies in this city already this year,” he said at the time.

“Our carjackings are up nearly 88%. So we see clearly that crime is out of control in the city of Oakland and our response was for less police resources. When City Council members, the majority have voted to defund this police department, that additional $17 million that was reduced from the police department’s budget will have an impact.”

But clearly, even this defunding wasn’t enough for the Antifa thugs who chose on Saturday to heckle black men and women who’ve lost loved ones — brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters — to street violence …
