Temple University professor and Black News Tonight host Marc Lamont Hill explosively claimed that “all white people are racist” in an interview with conservative podcast host Liz Wheeler who proceeded to take him apart piece by piece over it.
Wheeler asked Hill point-blank if he thought all white people were racist. “I don’t know if you’re backing me into a corner with that question but yes, I do,” commented Hill during the interview. “I do believe that all white people are at some level, at the unconscious level, connected to racism, it’s unavoidable. I think all men are sexist at some level. I think that’s absolutely the case.”
When Hill proudly tweeted out that “She asked me if I think all White people are racist…,” Wheeler threw down and responded in her own tweet, “Literally believing that all white people are racist… is a racist ideology.”
Hill’s interview comments were in response to a discussion on Critical Race Theory being used as a tool to promote Marxism in U.S. schools. They received intense blowback.

Wheeler added on Twitter, “BTW, this is the type of racialized Marxism parents don’t want taught to their children in school.”

Former Maryland Republican Congressional nominee Kimberly Klacik slammed Hill, telling him he would “regret this response.”
“That’s like saying all Black people are ghetto,” she admonished him. “It’s neither true nor cool.”
Author Melissa Tate also replied to Hill’s response on white people being racist.
“Racism is evil so Marc is saying all white people are inherently evil. He is also saying this type of evil is unique to white people. This in itself is racism & the same rhetoric Hitler used to demonize & justify murdering millions of Jews,” she tweeted.
Chris Rufo, who is a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and the leading voice out there decrying Critical Race Theory, also went after Hill on Twitter, “Now that we’ve cleared that up, the next question: are you a Marxist?”
“I am neither a Marxist nor a Critical Race Theorist. I do, however, think that both lend important insights that we should take seriously. Instead of demonizing, misrepresenting, or making them the subject of moral panic, let’s actually listen and learn,” Hill tweeted in reply.

Rufo has previously gone after Hill over his stance on Critical Race Theory and racism.
And it’s textbook critical race theory and critical whiteness studies.

Hill issued a statement to Fox News claiming that we “live in a country in which racism is an intractable and unavoidable problem.”
“None of us can avoid being influenced by or connected to white supremacy, even if it is at the subconscious level. Even I, as a Black person, have to consciously unlearn white supremacy,” he posited. “This is lifelong for everyone. Similarly, we must all unlearn sexism and homophobia, regardless of how progressive and well-intentioned we may be. None of us has clean hands. We must all work to be better. That starts with acknowledgment.”
Conservatives on Twitter were not surprised by Hill’s “racist” comments:
he posted this on his OWN feed in some weird way to prove a point.
the only point he proved is that he is a racist.

“I don’t know if you are backing me into a corner with that question”
That may imply that his mindset was competitive at the time.
That could imply that finding truth wasn’t a priority for him at that time. This is a familiar behavior among the left both in politics & in movies.

It didn’t take Mr. Hill long to start interrupting his guest after asking for her response just as soon as things start going south, only to find himself playing defense having been quickly outmaneuvered for the remainder of the debate, but who keeps a mirror on their desk

Typical of the “critical race theory” people. Just going to talk over you when you make valid points against CRT because the left can’t back anything they come up with. This country is plunging fast towards some type of war…and it will not be pretty.

So you call an entire race of people racist and assume everyone of that race is the same, because of what? What a ridiculous asinine way to look at the world. Only simple minded stooges would believe such nonsense. pic.twitter.com/cGRqppHL29

Wow. Liz, keep fighting the good fight. It’s even harder when you are dealing with people that are so brainwashed, if stupid could fly, that guy would be a jet!
— Robert (@rartesegtr) July 11, 2021
The statement he ended with makes him a racist. Ridiculous.

Isn’t it just amazing how he admits that all white people are racist in his opinion and thinks he’s being backed into a corner with the question? His answer and everything about this interview proves he is the racist one.
