A  white Texas man almost got arrested last Sunday for the apparent crime of standing up to a group of armed Black Lives Matter extremists who’d illegally blocked off a high-traffic road and pointed a gun at him.

Video footage from the scene in the Texas town of Plano showed the man stepping out of his vehicle, approaching a cop who was just standing there watching and asking him to do something.

You’re the God damn cop! Get these f–king people out the way! Get them out of here! They can’t be out here in the middle of the road!” the man yelled.

He was correct. According to the Plano Star Courier, while the extremists had obtained permission to “protest,” they’d been assigned a specific lane that the authorities had blocked off just for them. But the lane seen below was not that lane.

Watch (*Language warning):

Instead of doing anything, the cop at the scene did nothing, prompting the man to approach the extremists and engage in a shouting match with them. During the brief melee, he did take a swipe at one of the extremist’s phones.

At one point, the officer finally took action by rushing over to the scene to push the man back toward his car. After arguing with the officer for a few seconds, the man complied and backed away toward his car, only to have the extremists try and follow him.

It appears the extremists also pulled a gun on the driver at one point:

Following the incident, the extremists began complaining that the man should have been arrested and blaming his non-arrest on “white privilege.”

“The question is: Why wasn’t that guy treated the same way that a person of color would have been treated?” extremist Hava Johnston said to the Dallas Observer.

To be clear, the so-called “people of color” who illegally blocked the road were treated with kid gloves just like the so-called “people of color” who’d engaged in violent, deadly rioting all throughout the summer of 2020.

Conversely, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, a white St. Louis couple, were targeted for prosecution last summer for the alleged crime of standing up to a mob of BLM extremists who’d trespassed onto their property and threatened to kill them.

What happened in Plano fits with a known pattern of law enforcement bowing to the whims of left-wing extremists and instead focusing their enforcement on anyone who dares to stand up to the extremists.

That being said, what happened is a rare example of the person who took a stand not being arrested. In most cases, the person winds up in cuffs.

Over in Portland, Oregon, earlier this month the authorities arrested a bat-wielding man who’d been trying to protect himself from Antifa extremists who’d been following him and threatening to kill and mutilate him.

The man who threatened him was eventually arrested two days later:

Dovetailing back to Plano, the illegal protest was on behalf of Marvin Scott III, a schizophrenic black criminal suspect who died while in police custody last month.

“Scott was brought to the jail at 6:22 p.m. on March 14 and ‘exhibited some strange behavior’ while in the booking area. … Officers tried to restrain him on a bed, spraying him once with pepper spray and putting a spit mask on his face,” according to CNN.

While being restrained, he reportedly became nonresponsive. When taken to a hospital shortly thereafter, he was pronounced dead.

His death was ruled a “homicide” by Collin County medical examiner Dr. William Rohr.
