Eric Trump’s warning ‘to every single Republican Senator, Congressman who doesn’t stand up against this fraud…’

Eric Trump is sending a loud-and-clear message to GOP lawmakers about their political future as a joint session of Congress meets today to count the electoral votes in the disputed presidential election.

Speaking with FNC’s Sean Hannity on Tuesday night, President Trump’s son declared that “any senator or any congressman that does not — meaning on this side — that does not fight tomorrow…their political career is over because the MAGA movement is going nowhere.”

“My father has created the greatest political movement in American history. And I’m telling you, they will get primaried the next time around, and they will lose if they don’t stand up and show some backbone and show some conviction.”

Parenthetically, with the reference to “going nowhere,” the younger Trump likely means that the MAGA movement isn’t going anywhere and will remain a potent grassroots political force for a long time to come.

Eric Trump also took to Twitter to reaffirm the vow that he made on the Fox News Channel.

“I will personally work to defeat every single Republican Senator / Congressman who doesn’t stand up against this fraud – they will be primaried in their next election and they will lose,” Eric Trump tweeted.

Although the corporate media insists that there was no evidence of “widespread” fraud in Election 2020, nearly 75 million Trump voters, including those who have peacefully assembled in D.C. today, likely think that the hocus-pocus that occurred in the early morning hours immediately after Election Day in certain key precincts, plus various other anomalies, constitutes a stolen election.

To say the least, the court system thus far has been skittish about intervening in the election and has rejected most challenges on technical grounds for lack of standing and separation-of-powers plus other too-hot-to-handle considerations.

As things stand now, about 12 U.S. Senators and more than 100 U.S. House members reportedly plan to challenge the certification of Joe Biden’s purported win. Vice President Mike Pence will preside over the usually-ceremonial process of counting the electoral votes as outlined in Article 11 and the 12th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, along with a law called the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

Legal scholars have differing views as to the extent of Pence’s authority in this scenario, but President Trump is convinced that the VP is in the driver’s seat.

Meanwhile, some 100 state legislators from battleground states have reportedly written to Mike Pence with a request for a 10-day delay in the certification of the election to allow for an investigation into alleged ballot irregularities.
