At 4:19 pm this past Thursday, Sen. Marco Rubio dropped his microphone on socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Elitist) after she started a battle she couldn’t win.
The battle began to take shape a day earlier when Rubio responded to the “bunch of f–kers” controversy by tweeting that it represents how Democrats truly feel.
During an interview earlier in the week, Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign manager and possible future chief of staff, Jen O’Malley Dillon, described Republicans as a “bunch of f–kers.”
The remarked annoyed Republicans because it so starkly contrasted with Biden’s ostensible call for “unity” with Republicans.
Among the Republicans who were annoyed was Rubio.
Look:
Biden talks about unity and healing, but you want to know what they really think?

But God forbid Rubio push back on the Democrats’ two-faced chicanery …
Apparently enraged by Rubio calling out Democrats, Ocasio-Cortez “clapped back” the next day, Thursday, by playing the whataboutism card.
She specifically accused the senator of having stood “in total silence” when Rep. Ted Yoho allegedly — he has denied it — called the socialist congressman a “f–king b–ch” this past summer.
And for some reason, she attached a screenshot of a vulgar quote of hers that Vanity Fair magazine had published in October.
Look (*Language warning):
.@marcorubio you stood by in total silence when your GOP colleague called a Congresswoman a “f— b—“ on the Capitol steps in front of press.
You weren’t big enough to speak then, & you don’t get to sob now.
BTW that is the right word for those who fleece & scam working families. https://t.co/gKoCnJ4App pic.twitter.com/qIERPlV7HR

As for the “bunch of f–kers” controversy, she wrote, “BTW that is the right word for those who fleece & scam working families.”
Oh, is that right?
Rubio disagreed with this assessment.

BTW, the right word for those who fleece & scam working families is actually “socialist” https://t.co/swg9GMu7Rf

Fact-check: TRUE.
Socialism is the most destructive political ideology on Earth — one that’s made life miserable for millions of laypeople all across the globe.
“Socialism in all its forms — Marxism-Leninism in the Soviet Union, Maoism in China, ‘state socialism’ in India, ‘democratic socialism’ in Sweden, National Socialism in Nazi Germany — has never come close to realizing the classless ideal of its founding father, Karl Marx,” The Heritage Foundation notes.
Yet millions of people, including AOC, support it.
“[E]very time a country tries it, even just a little of it, people applaud,” Reason magazine notes, but “[t]he result in Cuba was economic stagnation and horrible loss of freedom,” and the result in Venezuela was “inflation approaching 1 million percent.”
“When business owners raised prices to try to keep up, [now-deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo] Chavez and his successor just seized many of them. Again, Venezuelans applauded,” the piece continues.
Just like AOC and her allies applauded when they effectively bullied Amazon into not establishing shop in Queens last year.

“Taking from the rich is popular. Ramon Muchacho, a former mayor in Caracas, [said] that when Chavez seized businesses, people were ‘clapping so hard. They were like oh, finally there is somebody here making social justice!'” the piece goes on.
“But government grabbing private businesses creates shortages. Governments aren’t good at running supermarkets. One Venezuelan refugee [said], “It’s like the apocalypse. No food. No medicine.”
Meanwhile here in America, locals in Queens are now reportedly “haunted” by Amazon deciding not to set up shop in their neighborhood.

“Almost two years after Amazon pulled out from a proposal to build a massive headquarters along the Queens waterfront, the site is a vacant eyesore — and, to many locals, the squandered economic opportunity is even more painful amid the coronavirus pandemic,” the New York Post reported last Sunday.
“The site just sits there empty. It’s terrible. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. People say, ‘If we only had Amazon.’ We got nothing,” one local told the Post.
All thanks to AOC, who’s been busy as of late, representing her socialist principles by selling overpriced t-shirts as her constituents suffer …

“It’s like we’re living in the 1970s. Things are worse for poor people now,” another local said to the post.
A third local added, “I’m angry at the stupidity. Everybody fears AOC, who has no idea what she’s doing. Opposing Amazon benefited other communities. Imagine if AOC did something positive with her big mouth.”
Alas, she prefers using her “big mouth” to call out senators like Rubio for the crime of taking umbrage to the Democrats’ never-ending two-faced hypocrisy and “bullschiff.”
