Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was blasted by acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf for suspending the Twitter account of Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan because he tweeted that “walls work” to curb mass illegal immigration along the U.S. border.

“Not only was Twitter’s act of censorship unjustified—the tweet is supported by data—it is disturbing,” Wolf wrote in a blistering letter.  “As the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other Federal agencies continue to rely on Twitter to share important information with the U.S. public, your censorship poses a threat to our security.”

Mark Morgan’s account was suspended after he tweeted that “walls work” to stem illegal immigration.

This statement is supported by the facts. Just ask Israel. David Rubin, the former mayor of Shiloh, Israel, says Israelis are thrilled with their border wall.

Rubin said illegal immigration was slashed to ZERO in 2017 after Israel raised the height of its wall to make it harder to climb.

Rubin said many Israelis initially complained about the wall — the same way American leftists do now — but they’re happy now because illegal immigration has vanished.  “Everybody is happy that we don’t have illegal immigration in Israel,” he laughed.

Twitter locked Border Patrol boss Mark Morgan’s account this week, claiming his tweet had “promoted violence” and harassed “people on the basis of race.”

Morgan’s tweet had said: “Every mile [of the wall] helps us stop gang members, murderers, sexual predators and drugs from entering the country. It’s a fact, walls work.”

Amid heavy backlash, it lifted the suspension.

But DHS Secretary Chad Wolf fired off his letter, warning Jack Dorsey that Twitter’s continued arbitrary censorship endangers national security and defies the facts.

Wolf wrote: “Twitter’s moderators, apparently triggered by the tweet, emailed Mr. Morgan. Whether you know it or not, CBP guards are the front line of the American homeland.”

He continued: “CBP repels and arrests thousands of violent criminal gang members each year. CBP rescues young girls who are forced into cross-border sex trafficking. CBP intercepts dangerous drugs and contraband, including enough of the opioid fentanyl to kill every man, woman, and child in the United States several times over.”

“Your company may choose to be ignorant of these facts, but it is no less censorship when you choose to suppress them. Censoring U.S. government officials endangers the national security.”

Chad Wolf added: “Twitter is sabotaging public discourse regarding important national and homeland security issues. Further, it is clear that Twitter’s gross censorship was intentional, not accidental.”

“I call on you to commit to never again censoring content on your platform and obstructing Americans’ unalienable right to communicate with each other and with their government and its officials — including the thousands of law enforcement officers at the DHS who work vigilantly and diligently to protect your safety every day.”

Twitter’s left-wing bias isn’t surprising since 99% of their federal campaign donations went to open-borders Democrats.

Numerous top Twitter executives openly despise President Trump and vowed to do whatever it takes to help Joe Biden defeat him.
