Rapper Ice Cube, a known Trump critic who’s been and remains unabashed in his criticism of both President Donald Trump and the Republican Party, now faces the wrath of leftists — some of them white — for parleying with the Trump administration.

Earlier this year the legendary rapper released a Contract with Black America (CWBA) outlining policies related to the betterment of the black community that he would like the candidates running for the presidency to at least consider pursuing.

“Democrats don’t seem like they got a plan [for black people], Republicans don’t seem like they got a plan for us. So how the hell you gon’ vote for them? Make ’em earn that vote. They can start today. Make they a** earn that vote. Stop playing with these people and maybe they’ll stop playing with you,” he said in a video at the time.

After unveiling the plan/contract, he then asked incumbent President Donald Trump and Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden to sign it.

Now fast-forward to Tuesday, when Trump 2020 campaign senior adviser Katrina Pierson shocked the entire country by announcing that the president’s Platinum Plan for black Americans that was released last month had been designed with Cube’s help.

The tweet sent reverberations throughout Twitter, with leftists — many of them white — expressing shock and outrage at Cube for working with the Trump administration.

In responses posted Wednesday afternoon, the rapper addressed the criticism by pointing out that whereas Democrats had vowed to address his CWBA “after the election,” Trump’s campaign had been willing to address it NOW.

Within seconds of the tweet being posted, hatred began to pour in at lightning-fast speed, with leftists excoriating him as a “sell out.”

Among the foul-mouthed haters were a shocking number of high-profile white figures, including author Don Winslow, whose work is frequently touted by the media.

Look at a sampling of the backlash below, and take note of all the white people lecturing Cube, demanding he bow to their ideological demands … like a slave (*Language warning):

FYI, the rapper hasn’t endorsed Trump.

In response to the hate, the rapper released a follow-up tweet in which he argued that BOTH SIDES have their issues but “justice is bipartisan.”

Look:

This tweet also provoked hate. But for every word of hatred and intolerance from the left, there were words of love, support and wisdom from the oft-maligned right.

Look:

It seems like one side is focused on forcing others into compliance by smearing them with terms like “sell out,” while the other side is interested in empowering everybody through unity and dialogue. Which side do you support?
