The Democrat-run city of Seattle is paying $150,000 a year salary to convicted pimp Andre Taylor to serve as a “street czar” who will propose “alternatives to policing.”

Taylor rose to fame after appearing in the 1999 documentary “American Pimp.” He is getting $12,500 a month for one year to provide “expertise and support services in de-escalation, community engagement, and alternatives to policing.”

Taylor led one of the first protests in Seattle following the May 25 death of George Floyd — the incident that ignited riots, marches, and protests in Democrat-controlled cities around the country.

Taylor said he deserves the six-figure salary because his “genius” is needed amid the ongoing conflicts between the black community and the police.

“Me, as a black man has the right to be paid for my genius or for whatever my organization can provide,” Taylor told KOMO News. “A street czar is a person who has a particular genius in a particular area. I know the term ‘street czar’ is quite provocative. This should be a prominent position because it could help quell some of the incidents that are going on between community and cities.”

He claimed that because of his background as a pimp, he can talk to “gang members, pimps and prostitutes” who “won’t sit down with anybody else.”

“Somebody can’t put a price tag on going into community meetings and having sit downs with gang members, who won’t sit down with anybody else,” Taylor said. “Black people as a whole have not been in a place to be compensated for their genius or their work for a very, very long time.”

Earlier this year, when Black Lives Matter and Antifa activists took over a “police-free” zone in Seattle, Andre Taylor was accused of trying to extort the city for $2 million in exchange for abandoning the zone.

“Don’t just leave. Leave with something,” Taylor reportedly told activists in a meeting captured on audio, where he urged anti-police activists to demand $2 million from the city.

In 2000, Taylor was sentenced to more than five years in prison for allegedly pimping out prostitutes, some of whom were underage, according to court records in the Las Vegas Sun.

One of the underage girls told police that Taylor was a slave driver who forced his prostitutes to work seven days a week. Taylor also bragged that he impregnated some of his prostitutes.

In a June 2020 YouTube video, Taylor boasted about his criminal background and his desire to become an underground overlord.

“I was born from the streets! I come out of the deep darkness,” said Taylor, who bragged that he “had children with some of the women who were with me.”

Taylor continued: “We decided we were going to be in this subculture, like the Mafia, whether you liked it or not. We didn’t care what you thought about us, just like I don’t care what you think about me now.”
