One of the women allegedly seen in a video berating a boy and stealing his MAGA hat in Delaware was arrested by police in Wilmington.

Olivia Winslow was arrested by Wilmington Police on Friday after the 21-year-old was allegedly identified in a video that’s gone viral showing her and another woman involved in the incident with a 7-year-old boy on the last night of the virtual Democratic National Convention this week.

Disturbing video showed the young boy brought to tears after the women tore up a homemade sign supporting President Donald Trump and then made off with his “Make America Great Again” hat.

The video, posted by Students for Trump, also showed the physical exchange as the boy’s mother encouraged him to get the hat back with Winslow and the other woman refusing, becoming more aggressive.

“You’re gonna steal my property?” the mother demanded, walking after Winslow and the other unidentified woman as she recorded the unfolding scene.

“Mom, call 9-1-1!” the boy, identified as Riley by Benny Johnson of Turning Point USA who had shared the video on Twitter.

The police were, in fact, called and reported that they were dispatched “to the 600 block of South Justison Street in reference to an offensive touching incident involving a juvenile victim.”

“An investigation determined that the incident involved a robbery with two female suspects,” the Wilmington Police Department said in a report on the arrest.

“Through reviewing video footage capturing the incident, police identified the first female suspect as 21-year-old Olivia Winslow,” the report said, adding that she was taken into custody on Friday.

Winslow, who was released on her own recognizance was charged with robbery, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child.

The second woman involved has not yet been arrested but police said the “investigation remains ongoing at this time.”

Donald Trump Jr. retweeted the video initially and wrote, “This is sick.,” asking for help in identifying the women.

The boy’s mother, Abbey commented on the incident in a statement.

“We had just left a peaceful protest against Joe Biden,” she said.

“I was holding a pro-Trump sign. My son was wearing his MAGA hat. We were standing outside peacefully minding our own business waiting for our table. Suddenly, two Joe Biden supporters began to yell political epithets at my child. They ripped the sign from my arms and assaulted my seven year old son,” she said in the statement.

“The Joe Biden supporters laid hands on my child and ripped his ‘Make America Great Again’ hat from his head while cursing at him and pushing him over. The two Joe Biden supporters verbally and physically assaulted my child. My 7 year old child was sobbing and screaming,” she added.

The mother alleged that she was “punched in the face multiple times” and the altercation can be heard on the video.

“Joe Biden owes my son an apology for fomenting the hate that will now scar my son for life,” she said. “If children aren’t off-limits to their violence, who is?”
