Jacob Frey, the beleaguered Democratic mayor of Minneapolis, parroted the left-wing talking point that the rioters and looters who burned down stores and vandalized property last week were “white supremacists” and “out-of-state instigators.”
Frey made the inane claims despite a report showing that 86% of those arrested for arson and vandalism were in-state residents.
On Saturday, Minnesota’s Democratic governor Tim Walz repeated the false claim that most of the rioters came from out-of-state.
“Our best estimate of what we heard are about 20% are Minnesotans, and 80% are outside,” Governor Walz said during a Saturday press conference.
According to KARE 11 (an NBC News affiliate in Minneapolis), 86% of those arrested for rioting, unlawful assembly, and burglary live in Minnesota. Their investigation showed that “of 36 cases, about 86 percent of those arrested listed Minnesota as their address.”
Granted, the sample size was small, but forthcoming data will probably corroborate these initial findings. In any case, the facts do not confirm the false statements of the Minneapolis mayor and Minnesota governor.
The website Law & Crime reviewed the same arrest records as KARE did, and came to the same conclusion: That the Minneapolis rioters were mostly from Minnesota: “The overwhelming majority of those counted as “received by jail” per those public records have listed addresses in Minnesota.”
Even a reporter with the left-wing New York Times agreed.
Evan Hill tweeted: “Minnesota’s governor earlier today claimed 80% of Minneapolis protesters were from out of state. County jail records show 81% of those arrested are Minnesota residents.”

Why is this important? Because Democrats are desperately trying to shift the blame for the destructive riots (that they encouraged) to people on the right, namely, to white people and their favorite boogie man — “white supremacists.”
As it is, countless videos of the Minneapolis riots that we all saw with our own eyes clearly showed that most of the rioters and looters were not white.
The notion that a “white supremacist” would show his face during an anti-white race riot where he is clearly outnumbered is also laughable.

Even a left-wing, anti-Trump Twitter user urged the public to recognize the leftist gaslighting that’s happening.
“Police claims of ‘outside agitators’ is one of the oldest PR tactics in the book and one should be careful spreading it uncritically. The addition of white supremacists is a new twist to peel off fence-sitting liberals.”

This is part of the Democrats’ strategy to ignite a race war and blame the recent anarchy on white people — specifically, on Trump supporters.
Most Trump supporters have vocally condemned the rioting stoked by the left-wing media and by Democrats on Twitter.
White people are now being targeted in public for being white (especially if they wear red caps that resemble MAGA caps).

Fox News anchor Greg Gutfeld blasted the Left for shamelessly deflecting the blame for the destruction they breathlessly encouraged with their nonstop race-baiting and grievance-mongering.
“If media must believe rioters are ‘white supremacists’ in order to condemn them, then let’s play along. Round the ghoulish bigots up, lock em up, punish em to the hilt. And when we find out later they were Antifa, it won’t matter cuz we did the right thing.”

Even grievance-mongering shill Tariq Nasheed (who openly hates white people) blamed Democrats for the anarchy.
Nasheed, who was gleefully cheering the riots, tweeted: “Many of you Democrats are partly to blame for these nationwide uprisings right now.”
BTW, I see a lot of these Black democrats jumping on tv telling Black people we should protest by VOTING in November.

These race riots that the left-wing media are gleefully stoking are founded on a false narrative: That all white police officers are racists who are out there hunting down black men.
Black Trump supporter Brandon Tatum dispelled the Left’s race-baiting grievance-mongering on Twitter: “I understand hurt. But I will not validate lies. Black people are not being “hunted down” by police.”
