U.S. Senator Tim Scott joined a chorus of voices condemning presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden for “arrogant” comments he made during a radio interview.
The Republican senator from South Carolina slammed the former vice president on the “condescending” declaration he made in an interview with Charlamagne tha God, co-host of “The Breakfast Club” radio show. Scott spoke on Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co.” on Friday about Biden’s latest controversial statement.

Biden came under heavy fire Friday for saying members of the black community who have a “problem figuring out” whether to vote for him or President Donald Trump in November “ain’t black.” The Democrat faced immediate backlash as his surrogates and members of his campaign scrambled to put out the fire.

“Wow,” Scott said in reaction.
“That is the most condescending, arrogant comment I’ve heard for a very long time. And that’s saying something,” the lawmaker told Fox Business host Stuart Varney, pointing out Biden’s history.
“The man who sponsored and led the charge on the 1990’s crime bill that locked up more African-American males than any other piece of legislation,” he said.
“And President Trump comes along, and through his criminal justice reform, corrects the absolute mistakes made by Joe Biden, for him to make such an arrogant, ridiculous comment,” he added.
“If you think about the numbers, 1.3 million African-Americans voted for Trump. He’s saying to 1.3 million African-Americans that you’re not black?” Scott asked. “Who in the heck does he think he is? That is the most arrogant, outrageous comment that I’ve heard in a very long time and I take offense to that.”
In a tweet about Biden’s interview, Scott said it was “par for the course for Democrats to take the black community for granted.”
1.3 million black Americans already voted for Trump in 2016. This morning, Joe Biden told every single one of us we “ain’t black.” I’d say I’m surprised, but it’s sadly par for the course for Democrats to take the black community for granted and brow beat those that don’t agree.

Scott’s fellow South Carolina senator, Republican Lindsey Graham tweeted that the former vice president’s comments “were truly offensive, but a rare and honest insight into liberals’ thinking. Liberals believe you really can’t be black, Latino, female, or intelligent unless you support their liberal agenda.”
“Sorry to inform all the Black Trump Supporters that #YouAintBlack in @JoeBiden’s book,” Trump’s reelection campaign tweeted along with a video clip of the eyebrow-raising remark.
The campaign also held a press conference with Scott and campaign senior adviser Katrina Pierson on Friday.

The hashtag #YouAintBlack began trending on Twitter as did others aimed at Biden’s comments.
And the Twitter pile-on continued.
Dementia often reveals the true person within. #PlantationJoe has been a condescending blowhard since his proud days of beating up “bad dude” Corn Pop down at the pool. His latest #YouAintBlack racist filth is not a gaffe. It’s the demon emerging from a rotten soul.

The Democrat Party is infested with racists.
There’s no running from it anymore. It’s a fact.

Will the media go after Biden like they did to Roseanne Barr? Or does that only happen if you’re a Trump supporter?
