Sen. Elizabeth Warren was slammed for pandering to China after she censored a coronavirus tweet made by President Donald Trump.
The Massachusetts Democrat, who dropped out of the 2020 presidential race earlier this month, took to Twitter to bash the president over his tweet on his signing of the Defense Production Act, making sure she altered one of the words she considered offensive.

“I only signed the Defense Production Act to combat the Chinese Virus should we need to invoke it in a worst case scenario in the future. Hopefully there will be no need, but we are all in this TOGETHER!” Trump tweeted Wednesday, referring to the move which would help increase the production of medical equipment and supplies to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak.
Democratic lawmakers and members of the liberal media have continued to focus the president’s use of the term “Chinese virus” calling him “racist” and “xenophobic.” Trump has fired back at critics, asserting there is nothing racist about the choice of words which merely indicates the origin of the pandemic.
“It’s not racist at all,” Trump told a reporter during a press briefing this week. “No, not at all. It comes from China, that’s why. It comes from China. I want to be accurate.”

On Thursday, Warren continued the narrative when she responded to Trump’s tweet.
“President Trump, are your eyes stitched shut? Hospitals need test kits, ventilators, & other medical supplies. That’s why the DPA exists. Stop dragging your feet & burying your head & start helping hospitals that are about to be slammed by this pandemic,” Warren wrote, blurring out the word “Chinese” in Trump’s tweet.

Naturally, critics of the president praised Warren’s response to the “racist slur.”
I love that you blurred the racism before tweeting

Love that you blurred his racist slur, too.

Never mind that China is not a race but a nation, the liberal media continues to push the communist government’s propaganda with attacks on the president.
The Chinese government’s pushback of references to the illness as the “Chinese virus” or the “Wuhan virus” has been abetted by the liberal media which referred to COVID-19 as the “Wuhan virus,” the “Wuhan coronavirus,” or the “Chinese coronavirus” for weeks before deciding the descriptions are racist dog whistles being used by Republicans.
The Chinese government had denied the disease originated in Wuhan and even pushed a conspiracy theory that it was brought to the country by the U.S. military.
Warren’s censorship of the president’s tweet earned her scathing rebukes on Twitter where she was accused of “carrying water” for the Chinese.
Elizabeth Warren blurred out the word “Chinese” in “Chinese Virus.” Glad to see American politicians willingly doing the Chinese Communist Party’s censorship for them. https://t.co/GwaA3l8PHW

Do you realize how insane you look by blurring out the word Chinese? I take it one of your many plans includes getting rid of the First Amendment.

This isn’t helping, Liz. You’re carrying water for the Chinese.

She blurred out the word “Chinese” in her quote tweet of Trump. She is absolutely beyond parody. https://t.co/OBF5NYGTkE

It’s more Chinese than she is Native American.

The entire purpose of her tweet was in fact to show off her PC, the complaint against Trump just being an excuse.
