Move over Thunberg, jet-setter Kim Kardashian delivers least self-aware post of the decade

Move over, Greta Thunberg, because a new climate change zealot has emerged, and she’s got way more “assets” at her disposal to use to proselytize to the public about the allegedly apocalyptic dangers of so-called man-made climate change.

And that new climate change zealot is … drumroll please — infamous socialite Kim Kardashian, the wife of pro-Trump rapper Kanye West.

While the climate is and has always been changing for a variety of reasons — including changes in the Earth’s orbit around the sun, increases in sunspot activity, volcanic eruptions, etc. — the theory that the planet’s currently experiencing massive, “extinction event” changes because of human activity remains unproven.

What’s not unproven is the incredible hypocrisy practiced by the loudest, most fervent man-made climate change activists — particularly those in Hollywood. Kardashian is no different. Despite being an uber-wealthy socialite and celebrity worth a third of a billion dollars, it appears she’s made very few personal sacrifices to reduce climate change.

This was noted by an army of social media critics who rushed to point out her habits of traveling in private jets and hoarding her wealth instead of using it to produce the changes allegedly needed to save off the damage of climate change.

FYI, she reportedly travels in a giant Boeing 747 that her husband had built just for them …

See the jet below:

Here now is the social media backlash:

Talk is cheap, and actions speak louder than words. And just like practically every other climate change zealot across the world, Kardashian’s actions and words appear to be those of someone who wants to talk the talk but not walk the walk.

In her defense, however, at least she’s hasn’t endorsed the Green New Deal. Backed by myriads of wealthy elites, the deal would cripple the economy, thus hurting the bottom tiers of society the most — all while the wealthy remain rich and comfortable.

In fact, Kardashian’s “Climate change is real” appears to be the only public statement she’s ever made about the theory of man-made climate change.

Her statement is based on what’s been happening in Australia, which has for months been experiencing devastating bush fires that have burned down entire communities:

Learn more about the bush fires below:

According to the left, the fires are the result of climate change. But just like the theory of man-man climate change, this too appears to be nothing but an unproven hypothesis.

Data from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology shows that rainfall has remained fairly consistent for the past 100 years:

So have temperatures.

So what then is the problem? Ironically, climate change skeptic James Delingpole believes the problem is indeed man-made, but not in the way perceived by the left.

In a report published Thursday, he cited the following man-made reasons for the bush fires:

  • An abundance of arsonists. At least 98 people have reportedly been apprehended by authorities in Queensland alone for deliberately setting fires.
  • The elimination of controlled burns by environmental activists who don’t understand that controlled burns are required to stop forest fires.
  • And the preponderance of environmental regulations that wind up hurting the environment, not helping it.

“The problems we have got have been created by the Greens [environmental activist],” former Australian Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce said recently to The Australian. “We haven’t had the capacity to easily access [hazard] reduction burns because of all of the paperwork that is part of green policy.”

“We don’t have access to dams because they have been decommissioned on national parks because of green policy. We have trees that have fallen over vehicles and block roads, so people cannot either get access to fight a fire or to get away from fires. And we can’t knock over the trees because of Greens policy.”

But these are facts you’ll never hear in the mainstream media, ergo why so many people, including Kardashian, are erroneously blaming the bush fires on climate change.
