Worst of MSNBC’s 2019 hot takes will make you laugh and cry at the same time

A hilarious new video of MSNBC’s worst moments of the year has been released by the Washington Free Beacon.

Supercuts put together by senior writer David Rutz tell a sad story for the network as the left-wing media outlet’s worst takes for the year are presented in the “seventh annual look at the worst MSNBC had to offer” in 2019.

The trip down memory lane begins and ends with the infamous “Fartgate” controversy as debate raged on whether Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California farted loudly on the air or it was MSNBC host Chris Matthews. The “Hardball” show attempted to sweep things under the rug by ridiculously blaming the sound on a mug.

Approximately three minutes of video clips were compiled to make the montage with other clips showing MSNBC raising the alarm over a non-controversy as they claimed Trump’s 2020 campaign was “mining data from merchandise sales.”

Another moment not to forget was a guest making the outrageous claim, with a straight face,  that there wasn’t “a strain of racism” on the left. Another guest raised the alarm that “people will die” if the Green New Deal was not immediately implemented by Congress.

News that Democratic Rep. Katie Hill had resigned after it was revealed she had slept with members of her staff caused Chris Hayes to declare that “it really seems like the bad guys won here.”

Another clip showed a guest blaming the Trump administration for Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide because, after all, the convicted sex offender was in their “custody” when he died.

“In some ways, they facilitated Mr. Epstein’s suicide,” the guest said in one clip.

Actor Jussie Smollett’s hate crime hoax dominated the headlines earlier this year and made the MSNBC list for the network’s endless coverage of the story.

One long-winding and irrational take saw an MSNBC guest suggesting Vice President Mike Pence being impeached for some unknown reason while Trump is forced to strike a deal in replacing him.

Twitter users simultaneously applauded the compilation while lamenting the sorry state of journalism at MSNBC. Some even pointed out that the network could still top itself as 2019 isn’t over yet.
