European owner of major soccer team defends 'very respectable' Bin Laden family

Europe is undergoing a major transformation with the influx of Middle Eastern and African migrants, and now it’s sparking controversy in the world of soccer.

Former Sheffield United co-owner Kevin McCabe was forced to sell a 50 percent stake after a court battle, Fox News reported.

Saudi Prince Abdullah bin Mosaad swept in and took full ownership. The rest, as they say, is history… in the making.

When asked about the new sports club owner’s affinity for the bin Laden family, Prince Abdullah came to their defense.

“Every family may have one bad person but they are a very respectable family,” Prince Abdullah said, referencing notorious terrorist Usama bin Laden. “I have not done business with them in the past but I will be very happy to do business with them. The bin Laden family is not a disgraced name or something that I should hide.”

“When I see the bin Laden family as a dirty name. I get really offended,” he added.

The ultra-wealthy bin Laden family has a long and cozy history with Saudi royals.

Mohammad bin Laden made his fortune in the 1950s as a building contractor for the Saudi royal family, Fox reported.

He had 54 children with 22 wives. Usama bin Laden grew up to become an infamous terrorist and leader of Al Qaeda. He was killed by U.S. Navy SEALs after ordering the attacks on America on September 11, 2001.

His son, Hamza bin Laden, followed in his footsteps to become a high-ranking Al Qaeda leader until he was killed by U.S. forces in a counterterrorism operation three days after the 18^th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.

As BPR reported:

Trump said Hamza “was killed in a United States counterterrorism operation in the Afghanistan/Pakistan region.”

The statement continued: “The loss of Hamza bin Laden not only deprives Al Qaeda of important leadership skills and the symbolic connection to his father but undermines important operational activities of the group. Hamza bin Laden was responsible for planning and dealing with various terrorist groups.”

Fox News Channel’s Bret Baier relayed the details of Hamza’s demise as the news came in earlier this month:

As for the soccer team and its bin Laden-sympathetic owner… Former SEAL Robert O’Neil who is credited with drilling the final bullet into Usama bin Laden weighed in, tweeting:

“The psycho doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

O’Neil’s tweet drew a variety of responses:
