Ilhan Omar demands Twitter deplatform Trump after he shares that she partied on 9/11

Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar demanded that Twitter deplatform President Trump because he retweeted a post that referenced her callous indifference to 9/11.

“They have a responsibility and they set community standards and clearly the president has shown many-a-times that he has violated their community standards,” Omar told Politico. “I don’t even know why his account is not fully suspended — why he’s not deplatformed.”

Earth to Omar: Trump is the president of the United States — the leader of the free world. Twitter won’t deplatform him simply because a newbie lawmaker doesn’t like him.

Besides, millions of Americans want Omar deplatformed because of her anti-American rhetoric and support for Islamist terrorists. And that hasn’t happened.

So the same First Amendment that protects Omar’s right to spout anti-American bile protects the president of the United States when he retweets a black Trump supporter.

Specifically, Ilhan Omar is furious that President Trump retweeted a video by comedian Terrence Williams, a vocal Trump supporter.

Trump wrote: “Ilhan Omar, a member of AOC Plus 3, will win us the Great State of Minnesota. The new face of the Democrat Party!”

In his video, Williams alleged that Omar had “partied on the anniversary of 9/11 because she believes “Some People Just Did Somethings.”

The “some people” line was a reference to Omar’s infamous remark trivializing the Sept. 11 attacks by radical Islamic terrorists.

Omar’s staff immediately barraged Twitter, demanding that Williams’ post be taken down.

“The President of the United States is continuing to spread lies that put my life at risk,” Omar whined on Twitter. “What is Twitter doing to combat this misinformation?”

Omar then disingenuously claimed that she’s getting threats because of Trump’s retweet. Actually, if she gets threats, it’s because of her:

Under pressure from Twitter, Williams deleted his tweet.

Meanwhile, Twitter does nothing in response to the countless death threats that President Trump, his family, and his millions of supporters get every day on Twitter.

Terrence Williams fired back, writing: “These looney leftist are trying to take me down! Liberals are begging twitter to suspend me, and the Majority of them are White Racist Liberals Hating on a Black Free Thinker.”

Terrence followed up by saying that leftists have barraged him with threats and racist insults, including the rampant use of the N-word (which, by the way, would also apply to Ilhan Omar — the person they claim they’re championing).

Williams added that “I find it scary that a member of Congress would want to censor, silence, and take away President Trump’s Freedom of Speech. I think she should be impeached from Congress.”

It’s not just Trump supporters who find Ilhan Omar’s constant whining and victim mentality annoying.

As BizPac Review reported, Muslim physician Qanta Ahmed slammed Omar as a radical pro-sharia Islamist who’s an embarrassment to her fellow Muslims.

Dr. Ahmed said Omar’s “grotesque trivialization of a national tragedy” desecrates the memory of the almost 3,000 people who tragically died on Sept. 11, 2001.

Moreover, Ahmed says Omar’s 9/11 denial suggests that she harbors “covert Islamist sympathies.”

“Rep. Ilhan Omar continues to be an embarrassment and a disgrace for me and other American Muslims with her outrageous, ignorant, anti-Semitic and now anti-American comments.

In her dismissal of Sept. 11, Omar callously erased the deep suffering of every survivor and family I attend, and everyone else still impacted by the terrorist attacks.

I thank God every day that I was able to immigrate to the United States of America, where I am now a proud citizen in a country I love and where I enjoy the blessings of American liberty and protection of my rights under the U.S. Constitution.

Wouldn’t it be nice to hear Rep. Ilhan Omar express these same sentiments?”
