Trump feeds hysteria over his epic ‘squad’ slam by doubling down on freshmen four scolding

Amid an outpouring of cries of bigotry and racism from the perpetually aggrieved left, President Donald Trump isn’t backing down from a series of tweets on Sunday calling out a group of radical, hard-left freshman Democrats known as “the squad.”

Reiterating a point that got lost amid all the race baiting, Trump followed up with a second salvo of tweets Sunday night denouncing the Democratic Party “for sticking up for people who speak so badly of our Country.”

The president also asked when the four progressive women are going to apologize.

This group of four included Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ilhan Omar D-Minn., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass. The group is currently locking horns with Speaker Nancy Pelosi and party leadership, even suggesting that the California Democrat is singling them out because they are women of color.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came,” the president said earlier in the day. “Then come back and show us how it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough.”

The message that got lost is that these radical progressives with so much contempt for their country should appreciate the blessings of being a U.S. citizen and that they have no track record whatsoever to be lecturing others on how to run the country.

As for the president suggesting that they leave the country, in the scenario he laid out Trump also commented about them coming back.

Of the four, Omar was the only one born outside the U.S. She was born in Mogadishu, Somalia, and came to America as a refugee when she was a child. Tlaib, who is quick to note that she is a Palestinian-American, was born in Detroit, but her mother was born near the West Bank city of Ramallah, while her father is from East Jerusalem — Omar and Tlaib, the first two Muslim women elected to Congress, are fierce critics of Israel.

The manufactured outrage over Trump’s earlier tweets prompted him to come back to the issue, but make no mistake, he wasn’t backing down.

“So sad to see the Democrats sticking up for people who speak so badly of our Country and who, in addition, hate Israel with a true and unbridled passion,” he said. “Whenever confronted, they call their adversaries, including Nancy Pelosi, “RACIST.” Their disgusting language and the many terrible things they say about the United States must not be allowed to go unchallenged.”

Trump added that the contempt for America seen from Democrats will play out next year at the ballot box.

“If the Democrat Party wants to continue to condone such disgraceful behavior, then we look even more forward to seeing you at the ballot box in 2020!”

The hateful views this progressive cabal has of America was summed up well by Omar last week at Netroots Nations, when she denounced the country that took her in from one of the worst countries on the planet.

Speaking of illegal aliens detained on the southern border, Omar called Congress and the American society racist, claiming we treat these migrants worse than dogs — this rhetoric being par for the course for the open border left.

“We live in a society and govern in a body that might value the life of a dog more than they value the life of a child who might not look like theirs,” she said.

President Trump came back to the issue Monday morning, asking when will the gang of four apologize for their actions.

“When will the Radical Left Congresswomen apologize to our Country, the people of Israel and even to the Office of the President, for the foul language they have used, and the terrible things they have said. So many people are angry at them & their horrible & disgusting actions!” he tweeted.

Keep in mind, Tlaib called Trump a “motherf–ker” her very first week in office.

Trump also noted the impact these lawmakers have had on our ally, Israel, saying the anti-Semitic actions seen from them has “made Israel feel abandoned by the U.S.”

Perhaps, the biggest irony here is that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was quick to come to the defense of the four troublemakers who make up the “squad.”

The California Democrat slammed Trump, accusing him of wanting to make “America white again.”

The playing of the race card coming after the squad accused her of racism — although, it’s understandable that Pelosi would want to shift the charge away from herself.
