Trump to contemptuous freshmen: Go back to your crime-infested countries, ‘you can’t leave fast enough …’

President Donald Trump had a suggestion Sunday morning for the radical hard-left Democratic congresswomen who are engaged in an intra-party scrum with Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Taking to Twitter, the president called out the “squad” of freshman lawmakers who have so much contempt for America, singling out those who became Americans by way of immigration.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done,” he tweeted.

While Trump included no names, one of the four members of the squad, Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., is a Somali refugee who was born in Mogadishu in 1982. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., was born in the U.S., but her mother was born near the West Bank city of Ramallah, while her father was born in East Jerusalem — the Palestinian-American lawmaker frequently criticizes Israel.

The two Democrats are the first Muslim women to be elected to Congress.

“So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful nation on earth, how our government is to be run,” the president said in a series of tweets.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came,” Trump added. “Then come back and show us how it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough.”

Looking to capitalize on the ongoing feud within the Democratic Party, he concluded with, “I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!”

With CNN being little more than the de facto campaign arm of the Democratic Party, the Trump-hating network immediately declared that Trump’s tweets were “racially charged,” rushing to note that only Omar was born outside the U.S.

And even as the “squad” plays the race card against Speaker Pelosi and progressive allies accuse her of white privilege, she was not too supportive of President Trump’s tweets.

Desperate to shift the racial focus away from herself, she repeated an earlier charge that the message “reaffirms his plan to ‘Make America White Again,'” even though he clearly described a scenario when the lawmakers “come back.”

“When @realDonaldTrump tells four American Congresswomen to go back to their countries, he reaffirms his plan to ‘Make America Great Again’ has always been about making America white again. Our diversity is our strength and our unity is our power,” read a tweet from Pelosi’s Twitter account.

She further described Trump’s tweets as “xenophobic comments,” before calling on the president to not deport criminal illegal aliens who have court-issued deportation orders.

“I reject @realDonaldTrump’s xenophobic comments meant to divide our nation,” a follow up tweet read. “Rather than attack Members of Congress, he should work with us for humane immigration policy that reflects American values. Stop the raids – #FamiliesBelongTogether!”

Pelosi seems too dense to realize that by giving lift to the very tactics being used against her by the radical progressive faction of her party.

By mimicking their tactics and terminology, she is filling their quiver with arrows to be fired at her.

Omar spoke about her immigration status, claiming she loves America more than naturally born citizens — even as she bashed her new country.

“Something that I get criticized for all the time…  is that I am anti-American because I criticize the United States,” Omar said. “I believe, as an immigrant, I probably love this country more than anyone that is naturally born and because I am ashamed of it continuing to live in its hypocrisy.”

She went on to say that we “export American exceptionalism, the great America, the land of liberty and justice,” but that the rest of the world will say  “we don’t live those values here.”
