Leftist actress Alyssa Milano got dragged on Twitter for comparing Vice President Mike Pence’s visit to a Texas migrant detention center to Holocaust architect Heinrich Himmler’s visit to a Soviet POW camp during World War II.
Milano tweeted a black-and-white photo of Pence during his visit below a photo of Himmler.
It’s part of the ridiculous left-wing narrative to compare the migrant detention centers — where illegal aliens who voluntarily snuck into the United States are housed and fed at taxpayer expense — to Nazi concentration camps, where prisoners were forcibly detained, starved, and killed.

Twitter dragged Milano for her manufactured outrage and blatant lies.
“This comparison would be laughable were it not so despicable.”

Another quipped: “In the first picture, millions of Jews were boarded into cattle cars by force and put into concentration camps with the end being extermination. On the bottom you have ppl who chose to cross our boarder illegally and can go home at any time.”

Remember the leftist outrage when Barack Obama “caged” illegal-immigrant children? Neither do we.
Huh. pic.twitter.com/8hNucyVvEu

“This is absolutely insane. Go educate yourself on the Holocaust, and the American immigration laws, Alyssa Milano.”
Sometimes @Alyssa_Milano's stupidity is mixed up with her insanity…or vice-versa…😏

During his trip to the Texas border, Vice President Pence visited a detention center, where he saw for himself that the conditions were far from the inhumane state that Democrats repeatedly screeched they were.
Pence tweeted: “CNN is so dishonest. Today we took reporters to a detention facility on the border for families and children and all told us they were being treated well.”
Pence added that contrary to leftist propaganda, the border crisis is real and is being exacerbated by the Democrats’ refusal to stem the emergency by overhauling federal immigration laws.

A border wall and strict immigration laws (like the kind they have in Mexico) would slash the number of illegal aliens stampeding to the U.S. It is Democrats who are rolling out the red carpet for illegal immigrants to be held in detention centers.
“The crisis at our southern border is not a ‘manufactured crisis,'” Pence said. “It is real and is overwhelming our system. To show this, we also visited an overcrowded facility for adult men, many of whom have been arrested multiple times. These men were in a temporary holding area because Democrats in Congress have refused to fund additional bed space.”

Vice President Pence blasted CNN for promoting blatant lies about the detention centers to foment public outrage and brainwash Americans.
Pence tweeted: “Rather than broadcast the full story — showing the compassionate care the American people are providing to vulnerable families — tonight CNN only played video of men in the temporary facility and didn’t play any footage of the family facility at all — ignoring the excellent care being provided to families and children. Our great Customers and Border Patrol agents deserve better, and the American people deserve the whole story from CNN!”

As BizPac Review reported, Mark Morgan — the former chief of Border Patrol under Barack Obama — says Congress “could fix this [border crisis] in 5 minutes if they wanted to.” Specifically, Morgan says a border wall would dramatically cut down on illegal immigration (and therefore, migrants in detention centers).
Similarly, Jeh Johnson — the secretary of Homeland Security under “Deporter-in-Chief” Barack Obama — slammed Democrats’ proposals to decriminalize illegal border crossings, saying that will only cause the border crisis to mushroom.
Johnson also pointed out that migrant detention centers were not invented by President Trump.
Obama separated families at the border.
Obama housed unaccompanied minors in tent cities & in cages.
Obama prosecuted hundreds of thousands for illegal border crossings.
Obama deported millions.

“Chain link barriers, partitions, fences, cages — whatever you want to call them — were not invented on January 20, 2017,” Johnson said. “When you have something like four times what you’re accustomed to in the existing infrastructure, you’ve got to find places quickly to put kids.”
Johnson explained: “You can’t just dump 7-year-old kids on the streets of McAllen or El Paso. So these [detention] facilities were erected. They put those chain link partitions up so you could segregate young women from young men, kids from adults, until they were either released or transferred to HHS.”

Remember this? Obama in 2014: “Don’t send your children unaccompanied, on trains or through a bunch of smugglers. We don’t even know how many of these kids don’t make it, and may have been waylaid into sex trafficking or killed because they fell off a train.”
Obama reiterated: “Do not send your children to the borders. If they do make it, they’ll get sent back. More importantly, they may not make it.”
