Giuliani unloads on muffled Biden scandals: Alleges bribery and extortion involving ‘drug addict’ son

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani slammed the media for not focusing more attention on Joe Biden’s many scandals including alleged extortion and bribery involving his son.

President Donald Trump’s attorney discussed the Biden family’s treatment during an appearance on Fox News amid ongoing calls for the president’s impeachment after Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s press conference Wednesday.

“If Donald Trump Jr. got $1.5 billion from the Chinese, you don’t think we’d be going crazy? Well, Biden’s kid got $1.5 billion from China for a start-up private equity fund while the old man was giving us away to China,” Giuliani said on “Hannity” Thursday, calling out the former vice president and 2020 Democratic candidate.

“He flew the kid there on Air Force 2… And he’d just been tossed out of the military for being a drug addict,” he said of Hunter Biden, who was discharged from the Navy Reserve for cocaine use.

“Did they give him $1.5 billion for his expertise or did they give it to him because we just caved into them on the islands on tariffs. Sold us out so the kid could get $.5 billion,” Giuliani said, turning his attention to the Biden family after discussing with Fox News host Sean Hannity how the media has ignored the persistent stories of Biden’s past while chasing every theory on Trump.

“We’re not covering that? And you’re telling me these people are honest?” he asked, blasting the liberal mainstream media. “They’re trying to find out if Donald Trump got a parking ticket 20 years ago. And they won’t cover the 1.5?”

Giuliani accused the former vice president of not only abusing his power and position, but alleged he even bribed the Ukrainian leader.

“How bout the $5 million from one of the most crooked people in the Ukraine? While Joe is doling out the money to the Ukraine? And then Joe bribes the president of the Ukraine,” he added, referring to investigations into the younger Biden.

“He says, ‘You have six hours, fire the prosecutor that’s investigating his son, or I’m leaving with America’s money,’” Hannity interjected.

“The money that would have the country go under,” Giuliani noted. “Remember, it was not just 1.2 billion. They were going to default without that 1.2 billion. They were desperate!”

Former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, whom Giuliani said was even the “godfather to the guy’s kids,” was “extorted” by Biden, he claimed, explaining that Biden held the loan guarantees in order to stop an investigation into a company his son worked for.

“That’s the crime, Joe. Extorted!” Giuliani exclaimed. “And by the way, when he took the money for the Ukraine, we call that, under all laws, bribery!”

“And the dishonest press will not cover it,” he added. “That’s why when the president says they are dishonest, when he says they are corrupt, and even when he says they are the enemy of the people, they are proving it.”

Earlier this month, Giuliani canceled a trip he was planning to the Ukraine in an effort to encourage president-elect Volodymyr Zelensky to move forward with Biden investigations.

“I will step back and just watch it unfold,” he told Fox News. opting to avoid the political ramifications and a possible “set-up.”

“No trip because I believe I was walking into a bunch of people, one of whom already has found to be involved on this, and I think this was a setup,” he told Fox News host Shannon Bream.
