Shots fired! Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg jabbed at rival Bernie Sanders, saying if Sanders were elected, voters would get more of the same-old, same-old that they’re getting with Republican President Donald Trump.

Democratic Circular Firing Squad Begins

Buttigieg made the subtle digs during a campaign event in Nashua, New Hampshire this weekend.

The Indiana mayor passive-aggressively said he admires Senator Sanders, but doesn’t feel that Bernie is as disruptive or transformative a candidate as he is (that’s odd since Bernie is an actual socialist who honeymooned in Russia.)

“I’m obviously a very different messenger. I think the sense of anger and disaffection that comes from seeing that the numbers are fine.

Like, unemployment is low.  Like, GDP is growing, and yet a lot of neighborhoods and families are living like this recovery never even happened. They are stuck.

It just kind of turns you against the system in general. And then you’re more likely to want to vote to blow up the system, which could lead you to somebody like Bernie. And it could lead you to somebody like Trump. That’s how we got where we are.”

Buttigieg Is Like Every Other Career Politician

Basically, Pete Buttigieg is suggesting that he’s more anti-Establishment than Bernie Sanders — a career politician who has been a U.S. Senator since 2007.

But Buttigieg, 37, isn’t that different from Sanders or any other Establishment politician (except he has far less experience). With the exception of a three-year stint as a consultant (from 2007-2010), Pete has been entrenched in politics.

He has been the mayor of South Bend, Indiana since 2012 and now wants to be president of the United States. At least Sanders has experience as a national — and not local — politician.

Mayor Pete Panders for LGBT Votes

Pete Buttigieg is pulling out all the stops to win his party’s nomination — starting with genuflecting at the altar of liberal cable-news Pied Piper Rachel Maddow, an opinion host on MSNBC.

As BizPac Review reported, the openly-gay Buttigieg pandered for the LGBT vote by sharing his coming-out story with Maddow, who’s openly lesbian.

This will be fun to watch for Republicans, because Pete has a good chance to steal away LGBT votes from other Democrats, like Bernie and Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren.

Leftists Loved Pete’s Pandering

Buttigieg, who came out of the closet just four years ago, said it was hard for him to out himself publicly as a homosexual. “It was really hard,” he recalled.

Buttigieg added that it took him a long time to realize he was gay. He said he had lived in denial for many years. Once he realized he was homosexual, Pete says he stayed in the closet because he was afraid that being gay might hurt his political career.

“It took me plenty of time to come out to myself. I did not — the way you did or the way my husband — figure out at such an early age. I should have.”

Not surprisingly, the leftist pandering worked in spades, with Liberal Twitter going wild over Maddow’s soulful confessions with Buttigieg.
