With Fox News’ help, on Tuesday President Donald Trump helped push an emerging exodus (or “Jexodus”) of Jews from the Democrat Party to the forefront of the national conversion.

He performed this feat by tweeting a quote from Elizabeth Pipko, a Jewish model who serves as the primary spokesperson for the recently launched “Jexodus” movement.

Pipko made these remarks during an appearance earlier that morning on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends.”

“We saw a lot of anti-Israel policies kind of start under the Obama Administration, and it got worse and worse. We have seen it plastered on our TV screen for the last month,” she said, referring to the repeat anti-Semitism of Muslim congresswoman Ilhan Omar, among others.

“There’s anti-Semitism in the Democrat party. They can hide it, they can do whatever they want — they failed to condemn it, and now it’s there, and it’s time.”

Correct. Instead of passing a resolution condemning Omar for her anti-Semitism, last week House Democrats passed a so-called anti-hate bill that was so watered down and vague that it  spurred a group of Holocaust survivors into issuing a joint statement slamming the Democrats:

In response to the Democrat Party’s growing anti-Semitism, during CPAC two weeks ago Jewish media executive and Israel lobbyist Jeff Ballabon unveiled “Jexodus,” a movement geared toward “Jewish Millennials tired of living in bondage to leftist politics.”

“We reject the hypocrisy, anti-Americanism, and anti-Semitism of the rising far-left. Progressives, Democrats, and far too many old-school Jewish organizations take our support for granted. After all, we’re Jewish, and Jews vote for Democrats,” the movement’s official website reads.

“Until today. We are determined and we are unafraid to speak for ourselves. As combatants and veterans of the campus wars, we know the threat progressivism poses to Jews.”

Continuing her remarks on “Fox & Friends” Tuesday morning, Pipko said that the “scariest part” of the Democrats’ burgeoning anti-Semitism isn’t Omar’s repulsive comments but rather the rush by senior Democrats to defend her. Even House Speaker Nancy Pelosi came to her defense.

“I mean, the scariest part obviously was not the original anti-Semitism. It was the lack of leadership coming into play when they were supposed to come into play and condemn what happened and they failed, so not only did the anti-Semitism that started with Ilhan Omar get worse and worse … but when the leadership fails to condemn that, it shows they are a party of anti-Semitism.”

Pipko added that though “Jexodus” is aimed toward Jews, anybody who’s tired of the Democrats’ anti-Semitism, anti-Americanism, pseudoscience, etc., is encouraged to join the exodus.

“Anyone that’s Jewish, but also anyone at all that feels that they’ve been told not to vote according to their own conscience and beliefs,” she said. “There have been so many people that told me that they were pressured into voting a different way or not voting at all or made fun of for what they value. So, anyone that feels that they haven’t gotten to vote according to what they believe in, I think it’s time for that person to stand up and do what needs to be done in 2020.”

HERE’S WHAT YOU’RE MISSING …

A number of prominent individuals have already joined the movement either officially or unofficially, including lifelong New York Democrat Andrew Stein, who served as the New York City Council president from 1986 til 1994.

“Apologies are no longer enough. That is why I am calling on my fellow Jews to join me in pulling our support from the Democratic Party,” he wrote in an op-ed for Fox News last month.

“As much as it pains me to say this, Democratic abandonment of Israel should be answered by Jewish abandonment of the Democratic Party. This is the best way for us and our friends to take a stand against anti-Semitism, for Israel and for the Jewish people.”

Jewish political commentator Wayne Allyn Root echoed this in his own op-ed this week.

“It’s time to escape to the promised land of the GOP, where Jews are welcomed and appreciated; where capitalism is embraced; where extreme vetting is in place to keep bad people out, who would do harm to Jews; where Israel is America’s best friend in the world. Draw a line in the sand. The time for JEXIT is here and now,” he wrote.

Stein and Root aren’t alone. Not by a long shot.
