Kirk and Owens tell why they didn’t press charges after revealing more on Maxine Waters-style attack

Young conservatives Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens wasted no time speaking out after being attacked for their political views in a Philadelphia restaurant.

The activists recorded the horrendous scene and posted it to social media where it went viral Monday morning.  Kirk and Owens who both work for Turning Point USA later sat down on Fox News Channel’s Hannity where they said they are not looking to press charges, but they do place a lot of the blame for the uncivilized mob squarely on Rep. Maxine Waters.

Fox News host Sean Hannity opened the segment by reminding viewers about other attacks against high-profile people for the political associations.

“Pam Bondi, secretary Nielsen, Sarah Sanders, Melania trump, Ivanka Trump, a 12-year-old kid, Barron trump, a 4-year-old granddaughter, Chloe trump. The media talks about them because they say, ‘you suck.’  You, actually got physically assaulted,” Hannity said.

Kirk explained that he had several things thrown at him including a glass of water and an egg, but pointed out that the they were at the restaurant minding their own business when a mob of about 50 raging lunatics quickly mobilized (on a Monday morning. No jobs?)

“Correct,” Kirk began. “Water thrown on myself, they threw an egg at me. “Here’s the interesting part, Candace and I were just minding our own business. We were just having a quiet breakfast and they mobilized within 20 or 30 minutes, at least 50 of them, came into the restaurant and started calling Candace a Nazi, which I can’t figure out how on earth they would come to that conclusion,” he said.

The fact that a bunch of angry, white, Antifa activists would yell and scream at a young black woman, drive her out of a restaurant and proceed to scream in her face, and at the mostly black police unit that was protecting her was not lost on conservatives who witnessed the scene on social media.

“There were racial comments made too?” Hannity asked.

“Absolutely. This was a primarily black police force,” Owens said. “There was only one white police officer, the rest were black and Hispanic, they called us race traders, they were saying ‘F the police’ they were saying that all police are racist. Despite the fact that this was an all white group, Antifa, facing an all black police force and myself.”

Owens later posted a chilling picture on Twitter to remind all how truly regressive so-called “progressives” are.

“This is reminiscent of the civil rights era,” she said. “This is what you would expect in the civil rights era if a black woman was dining in a restaurant.

Owens then addressed the core issue of the left’s hatred of conservative African-Americans.

“Liberals believe that they own blacks, still… and if you deviate from the way they want you to think and they want you to act, they grow violent.”

Hannity praised Kirk and Owens for standing their ground, but remaining peaceful throughout the ordeal. When asked if they would be pressing any charges, Kirk said that weren’t going to make martyrs out the leftists.

“They drove us out of the restaurant and Candace and I said ‘let’s just stand here for a couple minutes and show them that we are not going to back down.’ Very peacefully we are not going to retaliate if things get thrown at us. Little did we know we’d actually have stuff thrown at us,” he said.

Then Kirk called out Maxine Waters for inciting violence against conservatives.

“We don’t want to play the victim card here, that’s what the left does all the time. This is what’s called on by Maxine Waters,” Kirk said.

“This is Maxine Waters’ America. We thought it was an important moment to show America exactly what we are fighting because not many people understand this is real,” Owens added. “They’ve grown increasingly violent because they’re losing.”

The violent antics are ramping up as they try to engage conservatives and Trump supporters in heated exchanges. Former Secret Service Agent and NRATV host Dan Bongino was following the Owens and Kirk story and left his Twitter followers with some chilling, yet sound advice:
