Patricia Hill, a 69-year-old woman from Arkansas, was charged with murder after shooting her husband 65-year-old husband Frank Hill two times Saturday over what she says was his purchase of pornography.

Patricia called 911 and admitted to police that she shot Frank Hill, once in the leg and once in the head just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, according to Arkansas Online.

Franks’ body was found in the shed on their property in Jefferson County. First responders were called, but he died on the scene, according to the release Arkansas Online reports.

Hill admitted she and her husband never had any former domestic violence disputes before. The fight was caused over the video pornography Frank had purchased, according to Arkansas Online.

Hill told authorities she had canceled his porn subscription, and that her reaction was of anger to have found out he ordered porn on TV, according to Fox 16. She then asked him to leave the shed and he refused.

“Mrs. Hill admitted that she then returned inside the residence, where she armed herself with a .22 caliber pistol,” said Maj. Lafayette Woods of the Jefferson County sheriffs office in the release, according to Arkansas Online. She then went back out and shot him two times.

Hill has waved her rights and is cooperating with authorities. She is being held without bail, Arkansas Online reports.
