Melania Trump dazzles in Chanel. See the perfect details of flawless state dinner with Macron.

First lady Melania Trump was a vision in head-to-toe silver as she and President Donald Trump hosted French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte for the first official Trump state dinner.

Melania showcased her sleek supermodel physique in a shimmery Chanel haute couture gown accentuated with embroidered crystal and sequins. Mrs. Trump topped off her look with dazzling silver stilettos.

In choosing a Chanel dress, Melania was clearly paying homage to her French guests. Brigitte Macron also looked elegant in a cream Louis Vuitton gown accented by gold brocade.

Mrs. Trump warmly greeted French president Macron and his wife at the White House entrance ahead of the state dinner.

While awaiting the Macrons, President Trump and Melania held hands as photographers from around the world snapped pictures of America’s first couple. Even haters have to admit that Melania is a stone-cold fox.

After exchanging hugs and kisses with President Macron and his wife Brigitte, the Trumps headed into the White House for the state dinner.

Melania looked equally stunning from the back, and her Pilates-toned figure turned heads. (See also: Melania Trump’s diet, workout and beauty secrets revealed.)

Emmanuel Macron and President Trump have an unlikely bromance despite some of their political differences. The two often tell the media how close their friendship is, underscoring once again Trump’s uncanny ability to win over critics after they spend some time with him.

During the state dinner, President Macron thanked Melania Trump and the president for their warm welcome and the dazzling dinner. “Thank you for honoring France,” Macron said.

Michael Delauzon captured the moment on Twitter, writing: “In his toast, Macron says neither he nor Pres Trump changes his mind easily, but pledge to work together and listen to one another. “Thank you for the quality of our exchanges,” he says. And then raises a glass to the “unbreakable friendship” of the US and France.”

Here’s a flashback to Melania and President Trump’s visit to France in July 2017, when she wowed the French with her impeccable fashion style and grace.

The dinner was meticulously planned by Melania Trump and the first lady’s office released a well produced video featuring her involvement, which included the caption: “After months of preparations, @POTUS and I are looking forward to hosting our first State Dinner with France!
