“Bad day for the bad guys.” That’s how millions of Trump supporters summed up the dumpster fire that James Comey ignited while shilling his book. While Comey had hoped that publishing his classified memos would hurt Trump, a bipartisan consensus of analysts said they actually help Trump.
“These memos actually help the president,” Fox News host Mark Levin told Sean Hannity. “There’s nothing incriminating in them! See the redacted areas? They incriminate Comey because he said he didn’t release classified information. At the bottom of a number of these pages, it says ‘Classified.’ Comey said he did not classify information so he’s got some explaining to do.”
As BizPac Review previously reported, more than half the memos Comey wrote chronicling his conversations with President Trump contained classified intel. Four of the seven memos Comey had his friend leak to the New York Times after Trump fired him were classified as both “confidential” and “secret.”
Keep in mind that a former FBI director writing a tell-all is a contradiction in terms, since intelligence agencies such as the FBI and CIA run on secrets. In fact, employees sign affidavits swearing they will never disclose classified intel, even after they leave the agencies.

Mark Levin continued: “Today, the deputy attorney general of the United States, Rod Rosenstein, told the president he is not a target in the Michael Cohen case or the Russia case. Let’s get something straight: a sitting United States president cannot be indicted.”
Basically, Levin said Rosenstein reassuring Trump that he won’t be indicted (which everyone already knows since there is no evidence of collusion) is something Trump knows anyway. Why? Because the United States Constitution told him so.
This was spelled out in an October 2000 memo from the Bill Clinton Justice Department, which reaffirmed a 1973 DOJ interpretation of the U.S. Constitution:
In 1973, the Department concluded that the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions. We believe that the conclusion reached by the Department in 1973 still represents the best interpretation of the Constitution.
So if President Trump cannot be indicted (and there’s no evidence to support an indictment anyway), why are American taxpayers still being forced to bankroll Robert Mueller’s hollow, multi-million-dollar investigation?
Levin echoed the sentiments of millions of Americans when he said:
“This is the greatest scandal in modern American history. We have the highest echelons of the FBI…who are corrupt. The Democrat party nominated somebody who is under criminal investigation. Mr. Comey stepped in and protected her.
Hillary Clinton is too stupid to realize that he protected her from being indicted. She clearly violated the Espionage Act, not once, but repeatedly. Mr. Comey says you need ‘specific intent’ in a statute that talks about ‘gross negligence.’ We had specific intent. Hillary specifically intended to have a server that was off-line.”
Twitter reacted by saying James Comey has made a mess for the Democrats, who were hoping that he would bring down President Trump with his release of classified memos. All it did was undermine Comey’s credibility, hurt the flailing Mueller investigation, and spotlight the corruption of Obama holdovers at the highest levels of the FBI.
The #ComeyMemos just destroyed @TheDemocrats hopes of Obstruction.
Blue check liberal mafia will see things completely different tho…No collusion. No obstruction. Criminal referral for McCabe. Giuliani hired.

Loretta Lynch calls Comey a liar. Comey calls McCabe a liar. McCabe calls Comey a liar. Rosenstein wrote the memo calling for Comey to be fired.

I have never seen an agent dumb enough to lie about himself & record the lies he told his boss, in his own personal diary he left behind for his boss to find after he fired him. Turns out this agent was the Director of the FBI: @Comey. @Comey is Hoover minus the IQ. #ComeyMemos

Naturally, President Trump couldn’t help but gloat (can you blame him?).

P.S. – Former federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani just joined Trump’s legal team. His record of 4,152 convictions with only 25 reversals is one of the winningest records in the history of U.S. Attorneys. Thanks, James Comey!!
