No surprise which Fox News host called Comey a ‘whiny schoolgirl,’ but guess who called him ‘b**chy’…

Fox News host Jesse Watters slammed fired FBI director James Comey, saying he sounds more like a petulant, whiny “schoolgirl” than a tough federal lawman in his book “A Higher Loyalty.”

“He’s supposed to be a lawman and he sounds like a schoolgirl,” Watters said on The Five. “He’s emotional, he’s socially awkward. He can’t even be alone with the president of the United States. How weird is that? He sounds like a sensitive little child.”

Watters also blasted the Obama holdover for taking petty jabs at President Trump. For instance, Comey mocked Trump’s “long tie” and the “bright white half-moons” under his eyes, which Comey believes was due to tanning goggles. Really? Keep in mind that the media constantly trash Trump over similar digs he takes at his opponents, but praise Comey’s petty, teenage disses.

Hey buddy: Have you ever looked at the shopping bags under your eyes? Pssst, Kettle…It’s Pot!!

Watters also excoriated the FBI under Comey’s leadership, saying his toothless, incompetent “investigation” of Hillary Clinton’s unsecured, private email server “diminished the credibility of the FBI.”

Amazingly, Comey admitted in his book that he took it easy on Hillary during the FBI investigation because he was sure she would win the presidential election and was worried about how he’d get along with his new boss if he had investigated her properly before she took office.

Jesse Watters’ criticism of James Comey mirrored those of Fox News host Chris Wallace. Wallace — a registered Democrat who frequently bashes President Trump — said he was surprised at “how bitchy” Comey’s book is, saying it lacked substance and was nothing more than trashy gossip to settle scores with a former boss who had fired him.

“What strikes me is how little new there is in the book,” Wallace said. “We get a lot of unpleasant opinions of the president by James Comey. But in terms of hard facts, people are talking about bombshells; there are none. In fact, at one point he says while he thinks the president’s behavior may have been unethical, it may not have been illegal.”

Wallace continued:

“The other thing that surprises me, frankly, is how bitchy the book is. Comey goes out of his way to say that the president isn’t as tall as he thought he was. He checked out the size of his hands the first time they shook hands.”

“One could argue that by getting into the kind of political food fight, that James Comey has done more damage to his own reputation than he has President Trump’s.”

The 6-foot-8 Comey also commented on how short former Attorney General Loretta Lynch (who’s 5-foot-1) was during an awkward hug they shared. Seriously?

Wallace’s criticism of Comey is surprising since he has long defended him. In May 2017, Wallace slammed his colleagues at Fox News for criticizing Comey’s bias and incompetence.

Wow. If Comey’s cheerleaders are annoyed with him, imagine how he comes across to his critics or to people who previously had no opinion of him.
