The mainstream media doesn’t want the truth when it comes to President Trump.
Liberals demanded the president be examined for his mental state of health for weeks, convinced this would prove he is unfit for office. But Trump passed his exams with flying colors, and it seems that is still not good enough.
CNN’s Jim Acosta confronted the president’s doctor about whether he was actually keeping negative information about the exam results from the press.
“One question,” the network’s chief White House correspondent asked Navy Rear Adm. Ronny Jackson at Tuesday’s press briefing.
“There isn’t anything that’s part of the president’s health records or his overall physical fitness or any medications that he’s taking that you’re not permitted to tell us?” Acosta asked. “Is there anything you’re keeping from us for privacy reasons?”
The physician found “nothing at all concerning” to him in Trump’s past records and assured reporters that there was nothing being withheld following the current examinations.
“I can promise there is nothing that I am withholding from you. I can tell you, I’ve done the last four or five of these,” Jackson responded. “I’ve been involved in probably the last six or seven of these and this is hands down more information that has been put forth by any other assessment to date.”
The president underwent the usual battery of tests expected in a physical exam. But he reportedly requested to take a memory screening test, which he also passed with problem. The cognitive screening test, the first one taken by a sitting president, was meant to assess any signs of memory loss or early dementia.
No telling if the doctor’s findings will turn back the pitchfork and torch-carrying left who have attacked the president on the issue. But Acosta, who was told directly by Trump to get “out” after peppering him with questions Tuesday about his alleged “sh**hole countries” remark, did not follow-up on his question to the physician.
