Judge Napolitano hammers Comey for being wrong on the facts and the law for exonerating Hillary

New revelations about Huma Abedin are reigniting some important questions about her former boss, Hillary Clinton.

The former Hillary aide is under fire for not disclosing the truth to FBI investigators about information she was sharing with her estranged husband Anthony Weiner over non-secure email severs.

Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in on Abedin’s failure to come clean about the emails.

“She reportedly told the FBI that she did not back up her emails on her husband’s laptop,” Napolitano said.

He argued that it’s a significant discovery because the information Abedin allegedly shared with her Weiner contained classified and confidential information from her boss Hillary Clinton.

“Those things made their way onto the laptop of her husband, who has since been convicted of taking materials from that laptop and giving them to an underaged woman in order to induce the young woman to have sex with him,” Napolitano added.

“You can’t make this stuff up.”

Napolitano said it will be up to Attorney General Jeff Sessions if Abedin will prosecuted. Then he blasted former FBI Director James Comey for his handling of the case and essentially letting Abedin and Clinton skate.

“I saw those e-mails last night. You know, I have been arguing since July 5, 2016, the day of James Comey’s famous presser in which he purported to exonerate Hillary, that there is enough evidence to prosecute her for espionage, and James Comey was wrong on the facts and wrong on the law, ” Napolitano said.

“But there is a bigger picture here beyond the exoneration of Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin. The use of the F.B.I. for political purposes and the corruption of law enforcement. Not corruption like somebody was paid money, but doing something in law enforcement for a non-law enforcement-based reason.

“Why? Why did they let these people off the hook? Why, when there is a mountain of evidence, were they not prosecuted? And even today, the mountain of evidence is still there. Why aren’t they prosecuted today?”

It’s a good question that remains to be answered.
