James Franco won the Golden Globe for best actor in a musical or comedy for the film “The Disaster Artist,” and the backlash was fast and furious from one actress.
An unverified Twitter account that seems to belong to “The Breakfast Club” star Ally Sheedy expressed disgust at Franco’s win. One tweet read, “James Franco just won. Please never ever ask me why I left the film/tv business.”

In another provocative tweet, Sheedy apparently called Franco out for sexual harassment/abuse. She tweeted: “Ok wait. Bye. Christian Slater and James Franco at a table on @goldenglobes #MeToo”
Sheedy added: “Why is a man hosting? Why is James Franco allowed in? Said. too much. Nite love ya.”
The tweets were later deleted.

Ally Sheedy worked with Franco in 2014 in the off-Broadway play “The Long Shrift.” At the time, Sheedy called Franco “a beautiful, generous man” in a New York Times profile.
James Franco won the Golden Globe but Hugh Jackman’s stunned face won the Internet

The 55-year-old actress and author made her Hollywood film debut in 1983’s “Bad Boys” and is remembered for her roles in other iconic “Brat Pack” films of the 80’s, including “The Breakfast Club” and “St. Elmo’s Fire.”

If that were not enough drama, when Franco won the Golden Globe award on Sunday, Hugh Jackman’s stunned face won the internet.
Jackman’s hilarious facial expression went viral, as Twitter commiserated with the “Wolverine” star, who probably thought he was going to win the Golden Globe award (just like everyone else did).
