First daughter Ivanka Trump believes in giving back.

Ivanka will donate the unpaid portion of her book advance and future royalties from sales of her forthcoming book, “Women Who Work,” to charities that benefit poor urban areas.

Trump has come under fire from leftists accusing her of trying to profit from her position (like Hillary Clinton did with the Clinton Foundation).

Ivanka explained on Facebook that she will not promote her book or profit from it at all in order to avoid the appearance of impropriety:

In light of government ethics rules, I want to be clear that this book is a personal project. I wrote it at a different time in my life, from the perspective of an executive and an entrepreneur, and the manuscript was completed before the election last November.

Out of abundance of caution and to avoid the appearance of using my official role to promote the book, I will not publicize the book through a promotional tour or media appearances.

Ivanka also launched a charitable foundation that will give out grants of $100,000 to The National Urban League and Boys & Girls Clubs of America to promote entrepreneurship and education for girls and women in poor urban communities.

In “Women Who Work,” Ivanka — a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur — offers her perspective and advice on juggling marriage, three children, and a booming career. “Empowering women has been central to my mission throughout my career,” she wrote.

This isn’t the first time Ivanka Trump has made haters eat their words. In March, her detractors were furious after learning that their nationwide boycott of her clothing line completely backfired. Ivanka’s clothing sales skyrocketed 346% shortly after the boycott, proving that astute consumers can’t be swayed by mindless propaganda.
