Former President George H.W. Bush shared a heartwarming photo and comment about a special guest who visited him in the hospital.
The 41st President spent another night in Houston Methodist Hospital after being admitted last week with a persistent cough. He was diagnosed with a mild case of pneumonia, as in January when he was last admitted to the hospital.

Bush was visited by his eldest son, former President George W. Bush, and shared the photo on social media.

“Big morale boost from a high level delegation,” he captioned the photo. “No father has ever been more blessed, or prouder.”
The 92 year-old, who served as president from 1989 to 1993, was said to be in good spirits and gaining strength though no other changes were noted on Thursday, according to spokesman Jim McGrath, Fox News reported.
His January stay in the hospital caused him to miss the inauguration of President Trump and prompted a personal letter from him to the incoming president, apologizing for missing the event. Trump thanked the former president who, after his release from the hospital, participated in the coin toss at the Super Bowl in Houston.
His touching tweet on Thursday quickly sparked heartfelt responses on Twitter.
